Kiss Kiss Cleaners LLC

Used as my cleaning service multiple times this year.  First couple cleanings went well/satisfactory.  | |Third or fourth time, noticed things incompleted - did not clean my office (I was working and would have stepped out of the room to clean, but they left without letting me know they were finished) and completely forgot to clean the laundry room.  As I looked through the checklist they provide as a receipt, I noticed a handful of other things they list that were not actually done at my home...in addition to what I noted above, one example is that my patio doors were not cleaned as noted on their checklist (which I am OK with, but don't include it on your checklist if that isn't a service you regularly perform). | |Kiss Kiss was supposed to come clean my house at the end of October, it was scheduled for a particular day/time.  No call/no show.  I called them to inquire and left a message about an hour and a half after the scheduled start time.  The following day they were near my house cleaning a neighbor's home, so I called again and left a message.  It is now more than 6 weeks after that scheduled appointment and I have never gotten a call or follow-up as to why they didn't show up on the scheduled day.  I guess my business was not important enough to follow up.

The experience has been stress-free -- wonderful!  Prior to Kiss Kiss, we had tried another service.  The experience was not all I had hoped for so I was a little timid/skeptical about trying another service.  But what a difference!  Michelle and Tom are great - they not only provide a spotless home for us to return home to, but also, as a bonus, play with our 2 golden retrievers for a few minutes during each visit.

I also very much appreciate the check list that gets left for my review . . . it shows me what was done on that day and alerts me to the extra tasks that are to be done at the next visit.
