Rotten. He often seemed act confused and to not know what he was doing. I had to supply half his equipment and supplies. When he actually laid down the floor, he measured incorrectly and laid it down with the wrong method. I know this as I've personally installed a similar floor in three bathrooms, I just didn't have the time to do this one and it was in concrete, for which I didn't have the corrent equipment to drill holes in concrete (although when he went to drill the holes, I had to explain how to do it). Since he ruined the first piece of vinyl, he had to go buy me another piece and return another day. He took thre to four times the length to do the job as I would have to do it myself. I would never, ever, use him again for anything.
