NEEDED 33 FEET OF EXTRA GAS LINE FOR THE JOB, THEY HAD EVERYTHING THAT WAS NEEDED. DID A GOOD JOB OF INSTALLING EVERYTHING. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. GAVE TIPS ON FIRST TIME USE.

FINE ON INSTALLATION. THEY CAME ON TIME TO INSTALL. BUT THEY STAINED MY CARPET WHEN THEY WERE IN THE PROCESS OF INSTALLING THE FIREPLACE, NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THAT REGARD.
