Angel did an excellent job in evaluating the attic and crawl space issues m. He took time to explain the steps needed to get our areas up to code. The two workers also did an excellent job in completing the project.

Easy scheduling, on time arrival, friendly workers

I cannot stress enough how Croach is a horrible company DO NOT Use Them. Croach sent me to collections after the tech did a horrible service and I told them I wanted to cancel. The regional manager Don from Spokane had to come out and complete the job the tech did not complete when he was out here. I thought that everything was going to be solved he said that they were going to wave the cancellation fee. I said that I would pay for the last service. Then Asheley the account manager tells me I have to pay for the fees for them sending me to collections on top of that. Croach does not care about customers just your money.

Technician was friendly and professional. He took the time to explain all his work. They have consistently done a good job.

Professional, on time, and got rid of our wasps

Alexander did an excellent job including checking our crawl space which is not easy to get to. He removed a lot of spider webs on his way in and out. Good to have this space checked as it had not been done since last fall. Alexander was cheerful, careful and efficient.

My son stepped on a yellowjacket nest in our backyard and was stung a number of times. I called Croach en route to the pediatrician to see when they could send someone out, and Clayton was at our house within the hour. He found and eliminated the nest before we got back home. I wish I could give Clayton C. and Croach ten stars! Top notch service!

Michael arrived at the beginning of the service window. We reviewed the areas to be treated. He did a great job of explaining today's treatment, as well as the entire course of treatment. I felt confident in his knowledge and ability to remedy the infestation. The price quoted was for the initial treatment. The two follow up treatments will be $149 each. This is the second time I have used Croach. They took care of a mole problem for me in August 2020.

We love Michael! We hope he can be our regular technician as I explicitly trust him in our home. He is super thoughtful and friendly. Would recommend him!

Kenneth did a good job on this visit as he did on the last visit. Last time he increased the solution to kill spiders and none have showed up in 3 months. He said he increased the solution even a little more this time so we don't expect to see any more spiders for 3 months. He also set out several spider traps in the garage and shop area. He's very personable and he was wearing a mask which we really appreciate. He is definitely a nice asset to your company. We always get a reminder call about a week before the scheduled visit, which is helpful.

Fantastic! Johnnie is a great human being and I am happy he is in charge of or pest control needs. Whenever we have questions, he is very happy to help us. Highly recommend!

They were by far the most pro active in getting me a quote and getting the JOB FINISHED by the time the other pest services were calling to make apt for quote!! Croach = EARLY BIRDS!! ? The tech called me while on site to discuss, all around excellent.

Great, 1st visit saw significantly less yard damage. 2nd stage is this week.

They hire inexperienced people who have no chemical training and they refuse to deal with things like hornets. Pushy office people aggressively try to get you to have them come early in order to get more $$$ services. 6 service contract becomes 7. yearly

Company has very poor internal communication. We had a moisture ant infestation in our carport. Each time a technician arrived they were not aware of our original concern and we had to direct the technician to treat the area. 5 months later and 4 visits we had the infected area removed just to find a huge colony of moisture ants, the infestation had not been managed. Additionally, they recommended we have a new crawlspace door installed. They came to install it and left it incomplete (they had basically built the frame and attached a piece of plywood with screws, no hinges or handle). We were charged for the full installation and when we reached out to them the technician said he planned to come back to complete it (but did not communicate this until we were charged and questioned it). They did reverse the charge when we contacted them.

I chose Croach as recommended by a realtor who lives next door. I couldn't be happier with the service. I've had no rodent or spider issues since they started. Since I live next to a forest, it's a big deal to be rodent-free! The technician services my house every other month.

Great experience

They made sure to do the work the next day as I am allergic to stings. They said what would happen to the yellowjackets and to go through the garage for first day of treatment due to agitated state of yellowjackets. They also sprayed for spiders. They said to call back if it did not work like they expected and they would come out again for free to take care of the issue. Excellent customer service and treatment proceedures. (They also took pictures of yellowjackets coming and going from inside the front of my house before they treated.)

I had croach out do pest control and it did not go well. They have thus far shown up 3 times and each time they had something missing and could not complete the service. First Time - sprayed for spiders, didn't have spray for ants, no bait stations Second Time - sprayed for ants, didn't have the bait stations Third Time - came out for monthly respray - still no bait stations. I called and let them know I had gotten a bill, but had not had all the work completed. They apologized and I asked that if I could be home on Monday for technician to come out. I stayed home, no one showed up, no one called. I had to travel for work, so I forgot about it for about 2 weeks. Then I received a past due notice. I called them up, let them know about the issues. Again, they apologized. I said I would pay the bill as long as they promised the bait stations would be set ASAP. They agreed. A day later I get a call saying I need to put a credit card on file before they will come out. So I paid in advance, even though they had not completed the service, since they promised they would. Then they treat me like someone who can't be trusted by requiring a credit card on file before they will come out. I would not use Croach as it seems that the only team on their side that is on top of their game is their collections department.

We have used Croach for a number of years now. We are very satisfied with the quality of service they give, customer service, scheduling. They are great to work with, well informed of our needs and we don't have issues with bugs, or rodents. The cost of service is per visit-they come out 6 times per year I believe.
