Rian and team were excellent. Rian was awesome to work with. He gave us a full bid upfront. His bid was accurate and fair. There were no hidden charges or surprise fees. We knew exactly what he was going to do and what we were paying for. His work was excellent and on time. He communicated well, kept us informed and was genuinely awesome to work with. He showed so much respect for our home while working on it. He gave us great advice while encouraging us to make our own decisions. We cannot say enough good things about how well our project went with Rian. It started in Sept 13 and was completed in Feb. 14. Just about the time frame he said it would be. It turned out fabulous. Rian is very professional, experienced and extremely customer oriented. He is smart and very fair. I would have no reservations recommending him to anyone.
