They were in, fast, local, and I was extremely happy with their service. We have a three story house with two different sets of stairs; the service came in an out within an hour and cleaned them with minimum fuss. The service was quite careful and appreciative of my time. I had forgot the date they were supposed to clean and when they showed up I was still in my bath robe; and they rescheduled for no additional cost.

This was the only carpet cleaning service I called that actually answered the phone. He was very easy to talk to about what I wanted and for scheduling an appointment. He called before coming, arrived promptly on time and performed all the services requested for the price he told me over the phone. Brandon is very easy to talk to, moved furniture around, cleaned all the carpets requested in only 1 hour and explained how to get the carpets to dry quicker, which actually worked. I am very happy with his service and will be using him again in the future, both for my home and for my rental property.

LOU, THE COMPANY OWNER WAS ABLE TO FIT ME INTO HIS BUSY SCHEDULE. HE ARRIVED ON TIME AND QUICKLY BEGAN WORKING. THE QUALITY OF THE CLEANING WAS WONDERFUL. HE WAS EFFICIENT AND A VERY POSITIVE PERSON TO TALK TO. I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL BRANDON CARPETS AGAIN FOR CLEANING.
