After the job was completed I had big clumps of debris thrown all over my yard from the old gutters. I spoke with the supervisor who did apologize and made the worker clean it up, but afterwards, I noticed they had also left a long piece of the old gutter just lying next to the carport. They were supposed to take all the old gutter parts away. The end result of the project was fine but I was not impressed by the thoroughness (or lack of) the cleanup.

Job was done very efficiently. The crew was very good and the clean was very fast. Would recommend them to everyone. Great job.

They donâ t use high pressure sales tactics, are prompt, respectful, and do an excellent job cleaning up. The work was done quickly and they were minimally invasive. 6 out of 5 stars!

They did a very helpful walk around prior to the work. Several repairs were needed prior to the actual gutter installation. The service was fast, complete, and in my budget.

I had a small gutter job that needed done. During the summer several other gutter companies had balked had doing such a small job. Rather than contact them, I tried Home Advisor. They matched me with three gutter companies. I was actually able to set up appointments with two of them - the third would need to contact me. Shawn from American Eagle called me the very next morning, said he'd be in the area, and we rescheduled a meeting for later that day. He showed up on time, was friendly, knowledgable, professional, and offered a very fair bid. The other company called to confirm, but never showed. A rep from the third company called, but I had all ready excepted Shawn's bid. I was told that they'd squeeze me in between larger jobs and to expect the work would be done within two weeks. His workers arrived within the week. I was very impressed all the way around and would definitely hire them again. Thanks American Eagle Roofing!

Excellent job, clean up as well - could not even tell they had been there!

The price was very fair. The work looks to be very well done. Shawn is congenial. I wish that communication on the job time-line had been a little better.

Overall the job went pretty well. A couple of things that we didn't like were that we weren't told that work would be done on Saturday starting at 8am; some things weren't cleaned up since the job went so late on the last day that it was dark when they finished.

Shawn was polite and patient. Service was scheduled promptly. The roof was replaced quickly, the workers were efficient and cleaned up our property well. Roof looks great. The final cost was higher than the estimate because the estimate didn't take into account 3 layers of old shingles to remove, but Shawn split the additional cost with us because he felt bad for not noticing the additional layers during his first inspection. Even including the extra amount, the final cost was still only 2/3 of the other estimates we received for the job.

Shawn made multiple visits, upon our request, to our home. He was very warm and knowledgeable. He was very patient with our questions and flesible around price. He "followed through" with everything he said he'd do. He was very professional but also friendly. The crew did a great job, quick, well done, tidy, and completed the job on time. Great company, great manager (Shawn) and a great crew. Yes, we will actually recommend Shawn and American Eagle to our neighbors (have already done so) and to others. I believe that when a good job is done that such professionalism and follow-through should be rewarded with a reputation's endorsement. "A+" job!
