The crew was kind, friendly and did the job well. They cleaned up after finishing up for the day. They made sure wall, floors and door jams were protected before starting in the morning. We communicated well and we were kept abreast of what was going to happen the following day. Thank you Advantaclean of the Eastside for a clean crawl space.

The three employees I had contact with were so helpful. The techs (Colby and Modo) came to my home to assists with water damage after being off for the day. They had gone home for the day but came to my rescue even though. Jennifer (the other employee) she was excellent at communicating daily. She always called before coming over. She was flexible and gave me the full picture of the situation. I liked that she did not rush or push things. The team was respectful, professional, and worked as a team. Colby, Modo, and Jennifer are a must-have in every business.

I found black stuff on the underside of my attic sheathing and after having a few estimates I chose Advantaclean of the Eastside to remediate the mold and correct the issues leading to it. Suzi was great during the estimate/bid phase and answered all of the questions I had to help me make a good choice as well as schedule the work at a time that was good for us. Once we got things Cody and his partner (I can't recall his name) showed up and got to work. They pulled out the old insulation and pulled down a lot of the stuff stored in the attic. They then got busy cleaning/vacuuming up there and then sprayed mildewcide to kill the existing mold as well as prevent reoccurrence. Finally they reinsulated the attic They were polite, pleasant and nice to have around the house the entire time. There was one thing that got missed when there were here initially (they forgot to close off the gable vents which were a part of the root cause of the mold) and when I contacted Terry, the owner, about the issue he was very responsive and got them out very quickly to correct the problem. I am very happy with the work they did and would recommend them if you need to have mold cleaned up. As with any service, I would also suggest you verify the work as they are human too but know that if there are issues to be addressed they take care of them right away.

Susie was fantastic! I learned so much about how we can prevent mold from growing in the future. She really went the extra mile with me, going into the attic even to check although that had not been part of the arrangement. Scheduling was also a breeze, which has not been the case with other providers recently. Great customer service! Since they found no mold, I have no other details. ..

They were very professional.  Explained to me what they were doing and why.  They brought to my attention the fact that some of my plants were about to put roots into the distribution box.

The area of concern was very high up and we could not reach it to clean it. AdvantaClean came in and looked at the area and then sent a quote to us the very same day. They scheduled the cleanup for two days later. They came in and moved some heavy furniture out of the way and wiped down and cleaned all the windows and frames to get rid of the mold. They checked to make sure the mold had not gone under the drywall. They left a very generous amount of the mold prevention liquid with us so we could keep after the problem during this year, if needed. They were fast and through and very efficient We would hire them again. We found them on Angie's List, so we thank you too. Over all, a great company.

These guys are great! Communication with Terry, Jeremy, and the rest of the folks at AdvantaClean was excellent. We had a black water sewer backup and they were out within two hours on a Saturday night. In four hours they had the whole thing under control. One of the best things was that they had a representative there to talk to our insurance claims agent. On the basis of that conversation, our insurance payments were great - we just moved into a new basement and we couldn't be happier! Thank you AdvantaClean!

The AdvantaClean team did a superb job! Their crew was very professional, punctual, and courteous. Their prices were reasonable and fair. Their follow-through was exemplary!
This all started when an inspector on our home (we're trying to sell) found mold in the attic. We contacted a few mold specialists from Angie's List, but AdvantaClean provided the fastest service at the lowest cost. Let me assure you: the low price does not affect the level of quality of their work. Not only did they fix get rid of the mold, but they also helped me eliminate one of the factors that causes the mold in the first place.
They also came back a second time to make sure everything went well and fluffed up the insulation in the attic to make sure we get the best possible outcome.
I'd highly recommend their team for any similar situation and would definitely reuse them again (though I hope to never have mold again :) ).

I was selling the house and the buyer's inspector found mold in the attic. I called AdvantaClean and they were able come out the next day (Saturday) to take a look. They discussed two different remediation approaches. We walked through the steps of each approach, the strengths and weaknesses, risks and the costs. We settled on a preferred approach and they were able to start the job 3 days later.
They gave me recommendations on insulation and roofing contractors who would also be needed for the job. I lined up those contractors but they closely coordinated their work with them. They also explained their planned approach to the buyer who had obvious concerns.
The result was a complex job completed less the a week after I called with both me and the buyer satisfied with the job. They spent quite a bit of time with the buyer ensuring they understood the remediation plan and answered all their questions.
They were competent, responsive and good communicators.
I talked to another remediation contractor who was far less responsive and who gave me a more complex and expensive proposal.

In selling my house, through the inspection process, we discovered mold in our attic. I got several bids for this work, and AdvantaClean was not only the least expensive, but I thought they had the most thorough process. Unlike all the others, they bid just their work and gave me the contact to use for complete insulation removal and replacement with new material. This saved their marking up a subcontractor's work AND the total was 30 to 50 percent less than the other bids!! The owner, Terry Thomas, was very honest and open about the proposed work. They came in, did their job, and when I had a question about the job when it was completed, they responded quickly and honestly. Their recommended insulation contractor also did a really first class job. I would definitely use them again.

When the mold was discovered in the basement, I immediately thought the worst. Terry responded quickly, was very reassuring and focused on the solution. His estimate was spot-on, his team was punctual and professional, and the work was completed on time. Terry called to see if the work was satisfactory and to remind me that his team will be back to clean the vents after the drywall is replaced. I have already recommended AdvantaClean to a friend who also discovered a mold problem.

I found the experience with the inspector, Terry, to be very professional, efficient and pleasant. AdvantaClean accommodated my awkward work schedule to do the inspection within the tight timeline presented to them. I was hoping there would be no problems pertaining to any mold issues within the structure of the home so as to qualify for a refinance in a timely manner. AdvantaClean came to my home, inspected it with a high quality tool/meter, then sent me the results of the swabed are for the lab to examine and then share their results. Terry also explained the process in terms that I could understand, which I found to be very interesting and educational as a home owner. I will most certainly recommend AdvantaClean to people dealing with mold issues in their regarding any structures the may be dealing with

Prompt and professional. The owner (Terry) saw us one day and the crew started the next day. The bedroom remediation wound up being a much larger problem than anticipated but the crew worked late (9:30pm) in order to finish the job as agreed. Cleanup was thorough, and they even removed a wasp nest we were unaware of.
