Precision Tree Service

Dan came to my house yesterday, looked at what I wanted done, gave me a reasonable estimate, and said he and his crew could be there the next day if I wanted. I was in a hurry to clear it out for garden space, so I said yes. He said they would arrive between 8:00 and 9:00 am. They arrived at 7:30 am and just went to work. They all worked hard and efficiently. Within 2.5 hours, they were done, and I'm delighted with the outcome. They did a good job cleaning up and leaving the yard looking nice. I also talked with Dan about some of my neighbor's trees that I'm concerned about. He gave me good advice on how to approach them about it. He also seems to know a lot about tree care and maintenance so they are less dangerous. Before Dan came out yesterday, I did have some concerns about responsiveness, since my original phone calls with his business partner a week before weren't responded to very quickly. But I think it was a case of honest miscommunication, and once that was cleared up, everything went smoothly and quickly.

I have used Dan Rawls' Precision Tree Service a few years ago and was so pleased I did not hesitate to call again. Precision Tree Service is a well oiled machine, arriving on time, completing the work quickly, expertly and at reasonable fees. If future work is needed, I will not hesitate to call them again. I highly recommend their services!

Amazing! Dan came out and gave me a very reasonable bid which I accepted. It turned out that he was working with a large crew pretty near my house and finished in time there to just come do my yard too that same day. He brought the whole crew and finished the trimming and clean-up in record time. I was so impressed not only with how quickly they were able to schedule me but how incredibly quick the crew was in getting the job done. I'm new to house ownership and so thought a job that big would take all day. With so many working so efficently, it was less than an hour to get everything done and cleaned up. I highly recommend Dan and his crew! Everything looks so much better and is now in compliance with the city guidelines for trees over sidewalks. The trees branches hanging on the top of my fence in back were trimmed beautifully so that they no longer threaten the fence but still afford the same amount of privacy. Really well done! I'm very pleased with the work!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Dan, Tyler and the rest of this crew - we'd give them a AAA if we could.  We've worked with a lot of contractors over the years, and sad to say, most have left us less than satisfied with their job performance.  But not this firm, they exceed our expectations in every respect.  Dan arrived exactly when he said he would to bid our job.  He took the time to thoroughly understand our job, was easy going and gave us a very competitive bid.  On the day of the job, a crew of 6 showed up here on time and Tyler took the time to go over things once again and make sure they understood every aspect of the job, where we were comfortable with them driving their trucks, etc.  Then they got started - and boy could they work!  They were organized, highly skilled, efficient, professional, and safety minded.  They did everything exactly as requested, stacked the wood rounds, and completely cleaned up.   We think it is rare these days to feel your hard earned money was well spent and went to thoroughly deserving individuals - this was definitely one of those occasions.  We'll definitely be calling them back if we have more work.

Dear Precision Tree Service Team, We are extremely grateful to all of you and your families for making the trip on Mother’s Day to remove the tree embedded in the roof of our home including a limb jutting from ceiling to floor into our bedroom.   A cottonwood snapped and fell on our home the night before Mother’s Day.  By 5 AM a light rain had started, so we left 4 messages with various tree removal companies advertising emergency services.  With no references and making a cold call from the various listings on the website, we were concerned. Dan was the first to return our call at 8:00.  He promised to gather an available crew and be at the house by 2:00 PM.  The entire team of four arrived early with an exceptional work ethic, high level of professionalism, and very respectful.  Tyler took photos on the roof for our personal use.  They assessed and explained the damage.  The embedded tree was removed without incident.  Upon clean-up, the yard had neither a leaf nor a twig in sight.  From beginning to end, the job was exceptional.  We would highly recommend Precision.  With real gratitude, thank you to a great team of men.  Thank you to your families for the disruption to their Mother’s Day!

They were very efficient, courteous and easy to work with. They started when they said they would and finished in a timely manner. The cost was reasonable and they will have my future business. I highly recommend them.

After having contacted several tree cutting services and not receiving the responses I desired (one was closing up business and couldn't fit me in. Another wasn't insured to climb the height of the trees that I needed worked on;  another didn't return my call and the last one couldn't work on the trees until November).  I then called Precision Tree Service for an estimate and Dan Rawls arrived the next day on time as promised. Finding his cost to be inline with the scope of the job, a time was arranged for the work to be done the very next day.  I was called prior to arrival and Dan Rawls and his crew arrived on time.  They set-up trucks, chipper and all equipment needed for tree climbing. They worked very cohesively and efficiently as a team and offered suggestions and asked me what I required and wanted done.  They were respectful and utterly professional. I had several tall cedar trees and firs with dead branches cut back... A dead top was also removed without any damage to surrounding vegetation or property. They thinned trees while keeping the privacy that was important to me for my yard.  Dangerous branches were removed and the property thoroughly cleaned before they left the premises.  I have and will continue to recommend them!
