They did a great job on a soiled carpet. They were very professional and timely. I have used a lot of carpet cleaning services, and I would rate them among the best.. They provide a wide range of cleaning and hauling services and had I had a bigger budget, I would certainly have used them for everything.

"Greetings [member name removed]. Thank you so much for your vote of confidence regarding our professionalism and technician. I also appreciate you acknowledging that you were warned that spots may return to the surface of the fibers. There are many reasons that this can occur, and most likely have nothing to do with our workmanship. Please understand that this viewpoint is not me being defensive...here's some background as to why this may be an issue: The face-fibers of carpet (what we see & walk on) in our homes is often "The tip of an iceberg". Many contaminants (soils and/or liquids, etc.) can run beneath the backing of the carpet and in to the pad/subfloor beneath. Our technicians receive world-class training and utilize the finest equipment money can buy to clean & flush carpet fibers thoroughly. Respectfully, in your case,my our carpet had sustained significant pet issues as well as coffee spills that had both set over time. Both contaminants are highly acidic and likely penetrated the backing of the carpet. If so, and not treated/cleaned at the time of the occurrence, these low pH acidic soils remain present and will resurface (a paradigm called 'Wicking") after we or any other carpet cleaning company departs. Regardless, we are very proud to stand behind our workmanship and would be happy to return and re-assess the status of your flooring at your convenience!
