 + -1 moreI first contacted this company nearly six weeks ago. As the president of an HOA that needs ongoing care for dozens of trees, with periodic replacements, I need a reliable arborist. Avid is not that company! After not hearing, I called back two days later and left a message. Over the next two days, they called me twice to insist they were interested and would be over to see the development shortly. I left another message last week, and they've been ghosting me ever since. How do companies stay in business with these customer-hostile practices?

Description of Work: The day after a record windstorm they were able to respond quickly to remove a large maple that had punctured a hole in the roof, and even did a temporary patch that prevented more water damage. Also did a great job coordinating with our insurance company.
