Excellent workmanship and a good price, but below average in communications. We had to call them many times and finally spoke with the owner to get their attention to return our calls. However, none of our work required emergency service. I highly recommend Handy's if you want a good job done at a reasonable price and are willing to pester them to get attention.

It went very well. They were very responsive and professional. The technician (Rylee) was very through and knowledgable. He did a great job!

Jesse and Rylee changed the air filter, cleaned and vacuumed out the furnace unit. Removed and cleaned the fan. Thoroughly checked the inner components and elements. They also adjusted the wall thermostat. The whole system is working a lot better. Jesse and Rylee were efficient and professional technicians.

I had originally called Alpine Cooling and Heating who said they would send someone out. After a second call and waiting for over an hour and a half for a return call that never did come I called Handy's Heating who I had used before to work on my pellet stove. The Service tech came out at 1AM to diagnose and temporarily fix the problem including digging in the dark to find the water shut off valve in yard. They will be returning to provide and install a new hot water heater. The cost was for the emergency visit. The estimate for the new Hot Water Heater and installation is $816.00 plus tax.

They were very good, very prompt and efficient. They are dedicated to their work. I recommend them highly.

I have absolutely nothing bad to tell about them. They were prompt and efficient. They were very on fair price. They knew what they were doing and would come back if something went wrong or if I needed something.

The man that installed it was courteous, prompt, and cleaned up his mess. The thing I didn't like was that there was something not working which needed to be replaced that they didn't replace.
