Very friendly and professional. Cleaned up after themselves.

The windows installed were fine but the company and their customer service was severely lacking. I felt that as the customer I was unimportant. I had to bring them back twice after the initial installation to repair some of their shoddy workmanship. The attitude of the management was very disappointing. I would not recommend them to any of my friends.

We chose Procraft because of the the choice and value they offered in the type of windows we wanted and because of their excellent references. We were not disappointed. The installers, John and Robert, were on time, efficient and very professional. Within 3 1/2 hrs. they had installed all 5 windows, chalked them and left both inside and outside work areas immaculate. We are very pleased with our new vinyl windows and highly recommend this company.

The work is outstanding. I have an old home and the workers took there time to make sure the windows were installed perfectly. Perfectionists at what they do. I couldn't be more pleased.

Brian and Mathew arrived on time (actually a little early) and went right to work replacing (4) original, 50 year-old single-paned windows, on a rainy day. They encountered extra work on two of the windows when they had to cut out 1 of the windows, build a new wood frame and also reframe a 2nd window. They worked diligently, preparing the work area and entryway with tarps. Upon completion of the job, Brian walked me through the work they had done, explaining about the need for me to paint the outdoor caulking, within a year, so it doesn't turn yellow and crack from the sun. I am very pleased with the quality of the windows, the workmanship and professionalism of Brian and Mathew and would recommend Procraft to friends and family. P.S. The work area was left spotless!

The sales rep. was very nice and knowledgeable. The installers were very nice and efficient. Great folks to work with. Time will tell on the quality of the windows. I would highly recommend Procraft Industries.

Excellent sales rep' - excellent product, excellent workmanship ...

Other than waiting for 6 weeks for the product /install to happen, I'm very happy with the service and product. The guys installing my new sliding door were great!! They were very careful not to scratch up the new composite deck we installed prior to getting the new sliding door, which I was a bit concerned about. They had to put new framing and trim around the inside of the door too, and they did a very nice job of that, also. It was as if I had some friends come over to install the door. Very friendly and easy going, but very diligent about getting their work done. The team of guys seemed to know what each one had to do and did it. I would highly recommend them for any new sliding door install.

It worked out perfectly. It was a small job, but I liked having your service. It was simple and very valuable to me who is partially home bound...Thanks..

The installers did a great job and I felt very comfortable having them in the house. I did half the windows in the house and I can't wait to get the rest of them done! Would highly recommend this company!!!

There was no pressure selling. I really hate being pressured to buy and ProCraft did not do that. The installers were great. I think the installation is just as important as the the quality of the product and the quality of the product appears to be very good. I would definitely recommend Procraft.

Great job, great product. great people. They showed up a little early, and waited until we were ready then went to work. Everything was completed in a day and looks great. Other than the new windows you could not tell that they had been here when they left.

Everyone one in this company is EXCELLENT; salesman, installers, and office staff. They rock!
