We worked with Jeff Noble who did the estimate and responded promptly to our questions, even on weekends. The actual installers were Robbie and Brandon. They were all professional, prompt, and the final result is great. I would Highly recommend Procraft.

They know what they're doing!! The windows were hard to get to because of landscaping, but they got in there, no problem. They replaced 2 windows in about 2hrs and when they left you couldn't even tell they'd been there. Everything was cleaned up beautifully. They even cleaned the new windows. We are VERY happy with the work. If you need windows, you need Pro Craft.

My ratings are unsubstantial and possibly not what I would write at a later date because the window and kitchen garden have not yet been installed. Apparently, they have to be crafted and will not be installed until @ Feb. 19. - more than 6 weeks. Those with whom I spoke during the ordering process were friendly and knowledgeable. My complaint is about the length of time involved before my project even BEGUN.

I went through HomeAdvisor for a front door installation and Procraft was the best choice for this project. Communication is top notch. Great customer service in helping me get the right setup needed. Installer arrived on time for the scheduled day. He took his time and made sure everything was perfect. Definitely going to get the other door done next year from them. Thank you guys.

Installation of my new entry door was completed today. Installer, Anthony, arrived exactly on time and finished in about 3 hours. Great work...left my property very clean. At this point, I am very happy with Procraft Industries. (the only reason for the 4.5 on customer service was because of a mix-up in getting the final measurements done.)

Actually we do not live in this house any longer so I can not really say how they did.
