Bruce and Kevin at Plumb Pros are professional and courteous, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs their sewer fixed or needs some plumbing work. We hired them to fix our sewer when we moved into our new home. They did a great job with our sewer, so when we were ready to renovate most of our plumbing systems (move showers, sinks, and one toilet), we knew who to call. It was a big project and they were at our house for over five weeks. The work was completed timely, in a professional manner, and cheaper than other quotes we received. We have continued to use them for all of our plumbing needs, including installing a new sink over the holidays. If you need plumbing work done, give these guys a call and you will not be disappointed!

As a new home owner I found out the previous owner jerry rigged the sewer lines that caused a leak under the house. I got Bruce and Kevin and they responded quickly and gave me a fair price and fixed my problem right away. Thank you so much! I will be calling them for any future repairs and projects.

Bruce (owner) came out on a Saturday, his sole day off, and solved our bathtub drain issue. Apparently, a previous amateur fix had installed a plastic part (replacing the original brass piece) behind the drain-waste, and the cheap plastic had bent and blocked the drain. Quick, easy fix -- and we learned a lot about plumbing in just a short visit!

Bruce the owner, and his workers Michael and the rest were excellent. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Bruce is an upstanding and qualified professional. He came in with a lower bid, and concerned himself with saving me money while doing a great job. Hire Bruce and Plumb Pro's--you own't be sorry.

They were able to come out in 36 hours and had the water main replaced on that day. It was great to have water again. Everyone else could not come for another week! They put landscape back beautifully. Bruce and Vi did a great job. Highly recommended and reasonably priced. Can I give them 6 stars?

Bruce and his team were very pleasant to work with. He kept me informed all the way, so there were no surprises. While they had to do quite a bit of digging in our yard, they were careful about moving plants and preserving the root system of an old specimen. They were also very conscientious about cleaning up.

Bruce was excellent to work with. He fixed my blocked sewer pipe and cleaned out the roots that were causing the issue. He found the most effective and affordable solution and was very quick. Installed replacement water main. They lived up to their name. Guys were friendly and work was done in a timely and workmanlike manner. Landscape features (tree, retaining wall, driveway) between meter and narrow house service entry were no problem for these guys.

Made sure the project was completed in a quality manner and listened to what information the homeowner has to offer on what and where they will working. They come prepared and informed about your property at the estimating visit already.

I hired Plumb Pro's. He was very supportive, very quick. The price was very reasonable. I couldn't ask for anything better. Absolutely I recommend him.

There is no way of being sure what you will get with many conrtactors and even if their rating is good it is still hard to choose. I feel like I got very lucky. I got a fair estimate. I was kept in the loop as the project was being done and upon completion, the construction site was restored to better than it was before. Personable crew came on time and stayed until compleat. I couldn't be happier .

Work was done promptly. Inspection and bid for replacement of pipes on Friday, acceptance of bid on Monday, work done on Thursday! Bruce was thoroughly professional, and friendly. Everything now drains, the crew left no messes left to be cleaned and one very happy customer.

Response time was superior, which is great with a sewer issue. Bruce and Eric were great and kept me calm. Repaired problem and corrected what appeared to be a very questionable installation from 40 years ago. The original problem seemed to be a three way junction had sunk causing low spot in to sewer run. Bruse Meldon (Owner) used his pipe camera to observe and localize the problem. After escavating the sewer to the 6"x4" transition he found and removed large root. However, this did not end the sewer problems. The drop of the line was not suffient to allow proper flow. With a lessor company, I could have had a real problem on My hands, but Bruce steped up and did the additional work of raising plumbing stub in crawlspace and rerouted K/S and laundry through crawlspace for the cost of parts. (Thanks Bruce for going above and beyond).

If you need a plumber THESE ARE THE GUYS TO CALL. Bruce Melton (owner) was extremely knowledgeable, experienced, competent, very affordable, honest, timely, and a pleasure to do business with. I had prior problems with a downstairs toilet and sewer line. Bruce cabled the main drain, found the side sewer problem that caused the restriction, excavated and replaced a 4-foot piece of pipe with an outside access drain installed. Bruce explained all aspects of work and had a pipe camera. The work was done at a very, very affordable price and I am happy this recurrent problem has finally been addressed professionally and so affordably.
