I called Master Pools to come out for a consultation on pool operation and advise me on what might need maintenance. I specifically asked how much this consultation would cost before they came out, and I was specifically told $25. Since I've had many contractors out for free estimates on maintenance or repairs, $25 sounded reasonable to me for the consulation aspect. I agreed to that amount. During the 40-minute visit, they performed no labor, used no equipment, nor expended any consummables, such as chemicals. It was not a repair, nor a maintenance visit, nor an installation of any kind. It was just a conversation. At the end of the visit, I asked for a bill. I was told I would be billed later. When I received the bill it was for over $140. I was later told this kind of consultation was normally $300, but for some reason I was being given a very good discount. I paid them the $25. They returned my check and are billing me for the larger amount.

Sarah from Master Pools of Washington Inc Company comes out for my pool service. I travel a lot and I don?t need to be here when she comes for service. She just sends me the bill. I meet with Sarah when I?m here and if I have any questions she shows me how to fix things myself. Whereas the previous pool service company that I used did not share any information with me. Sarah takes the time to show me the best and the easiest way to keep things going with the pool and the spa. She knows what she is doing. She is very efficient. She works alone. She is always able to squeeze in my appointment in case of emergencies. I would continue to use Master Pools of Washington Inc Company in the future.
