After thinking about covering our deck for a number of years, we saw a cover in our neighborhood that was exactly what we were looking for. We viewed his website lgmhomes.com. With it's very helpful information and images we decided we wanted to proceed with a meeting. We contacted the owner/installer, Jazz, who showed instant excitement about meeting with us to discuss options. Within a very few days, and during a busy season of home show presentations, Jazz took the time to meet with us at a time that fit into our schedule. He presented options and explained the pros and cons giving us a good sense of his knowledge and professionalism. During the month of the process from initial meeting to finish of install, his responsiveness was good and we found it easy to be in contact by phone, text and email. We are very happy with the way things turned out and thanks to Jazz and his talented crew we will be able to enjoy our deck 365 days a year.
