KT Cleaning was recommended by a friend of our small non-profit agency. We called in October to reserve time in the busy holiday season, received a quote and a reservation. We agreed that someone would be on site to go over the needs for the job. An email was sent with address, map and all contact numbers. We called again in December when we needed to change the day and hour. Tammy assured us that this was actually a better time and confirmed she would be there. Another email was sent the day before with address, map and all contact numbers. I was there half an hour early to take over for the owner who took her sons away from the house to leave it free for the cleaners. They never showed. I called at 10 minutes past the hour, got a message. I called at the next hour, hoping we were just mis-communicating. I scrambled to do what I could to straighten the house for the evening. We never heard from them. We left a phone message stating our disappointment and an email. No reply.
Description of Work: This cleaning service was hired to clean a home on Dec 15th, prior to the home owner's company holiday party.
