The experience was good from beginning to end. I called and talked to Karyn who scheduled Twigs to come out and estimate. Twigs came and was very clear and open about the options, cost, and the process to replace the components. The cost was at least 25% lower than another bid we had gotten. They followed up with an email with the estimate, which we accepted by providing a 50% deposit. The work was scheduled for the following week, and Twigs and Paul came and did the work in under 4 hours and hauled away the old units. They both seemed quite competent and the work looked really good. We are very pleased and can highly recommend them. I liked their honest, forthright manner and they were competent and priced fairly. They are set to do some additional work on some failing pool tiles that I will write up separately after the work is done (I really liked Mike, the tile guy who estimated and will do the work and who has 30+ yrs of experience).

This provider was the only one to respond to my phone calls and agreed to travel from the Seattle area to Port Townsend on the peninsula. I was unable to find anyone on the peninsula willing to do the work. Considering the extra travel time and ferry fees, I found the total cost of labor and materials acceptable and will probably use this provider again.
