She did a brief analysis of the property. I can not say enough about how nice she was. she did not charge us for the appraisal. she was just terrific. I paid her any way because she was so nice. She turned it around in a day.

KARI IS THE MOST AMAZING REAL ESTATE AGENT EITHER MY HUSBAND OR I HAS EVER WORKED WITH - AND WE'RE MIDDLE AGED, SO HAVE OWNED MANY HOMES OVER THE YEARS! KARI KNOWS HER STUFF, UNDERSTANDS HOW EVERYTHING WORKS, COACHED US ON HOW TO SHOW OUR HOMES TO THEIR BEST ADVANTAGE, AND FOLLOWED UP ON EVERY LITTLE DETAIL. BOTH SALES WERE LITERALLY 'PLUG AND PLAY' - OUR ONLY RESPONSIBILITY WAS TO SHOW UP TO SIGN - KARI TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING.
