Don came in and offered a good price and he seemed like a really nice guy that you could trust. Our backyard had broken retaining wall. Don suggested tearing that out and replacing it with pennsylvania rock wall and then to add a stamped concrete patio in backyard. We wanted a bench in the rockwall and a firepit. He agreed and loved the idea. He started the project and the first snag was his assistant hit our water pipe which I then needed to shut off the water supply to the house until the next day when he could come back. Once Don started placing rock in the backyard we thought he was doing such a great job we asked him to also pull out a small tree in our front yard and put in a rockwall in the front yard. All seemed to going great and then the next snag he hired folks to come in and do the stamped concrete patio and they left my yard a complete mess and then to top it all off there was a foot print in my concrete patio. He said he could take money off and so we agreed 500.00 and he would throw in some mexican rock for the fire pit. After that he completed the job and all seemed to look great. A few months after the completion of the project we started noticing hairline cracks in the concrete and one crack we were a bit concerned about because of the location. It was cutting our fire pit in half. Don said it was to cold to do the work ( January) but once the warmer weather came he would fix the concerning crack and would seal up the hairline cracks. Call us stupid but as you can see we kept taking all his excuses waiting for him to come out and fix the cracks and 2009 came and went and he still didn't fix the crack issue. He said he was going to do it free of charge and now we have finally given up and feel like Don is not a man of his word. We now will need to hire someone to fix the crack that was caused by settling of the rock attached to the concrete.

Don did a beautiful job, and did a lot of work for the money. He make helpful design suggestions. It's great to have a level yard. He has all the heavy equipment and so it goes fast. Flagstone work is beautiful; in fact, it all looks great. He said he loves to do rock work and water features.
