Hardware & Home Improvement Stores
They have very young untrained help. I think they're loosing some money because they don't have educated people. You go to a hardware store, a lot of time, asking for advice, and they don't know. The pricing is pretty good. It's a well-organized store and I was impressed everything is laid out nicely. I myself am saying this third hand because my daughter is the one who does the shopping and does go there. She came away saying, "They referred me to somebody who had no clue what I was talking about."
