Great, Darin makes it super easy!

thorough. Darrel makes it so easy. I just call, leave a message that we need out annual backflow test, and he just shows up, completes the test, and turns in all of the required paperwork to the water district. He is prompt and very reliable. And a super nice guy too!

We hired Darin of Always Testing to conduct the (long, long overdue) inspection of our home irrigation backflow valves.    He found both set of valves failed and he offered to return to certify the valves once repaired/replaced at no additional charge.    He worked around the schedule of the company who replaced the valves and kept me informed on timelines, etc.    I appreciate he took time to call me to tell me what was really wrong with each valve set and what I should expect on repair / replace.   I felt I had the knowledge necessary to contract for the valve work as an informed consumer from the time he took to educate me.

Next year, I'm calling Always Testing first and last.

Backflow testing appears relatively simple, by the City requires them to be tested and certified each year.  Always Testing comes every year when I call them - they are able to come by within a day or two, they test the devices, and they submit the reports to the City on my behalf.  The process with Always Testing is about as easy and painless as it gets.

Darin got back to me within an hour of my request for a quote, and scheduled an appointment the same day for a weeks time. He came to our building earlier than the appointment time, got right at it, explained everything he was doing, seemed very enthusiastic about his work and was a pleasure to chat with. He also faxed the report to the city automatically.

I've used Darin for several years now and always been pleased with how easy he is to work with. There was no need for me to meet him and he was able to complete the work independently of me. He mailed the results directly to the City of Sammamish and all I had to do was send him a check for $55.

He came out the day I called because he was in the area, he was out within 20 minutes. He faxed results to the city that same night and he sent me the report.

Darin of Always Testing contacted me to tell me that he had done the annual inspection on my backflow assembly as required on Mercer Island, and that I needed repair to one of the units. Always Testing had an annual contract to do the inspection from the prior homeowner. I had already had the unit inspected by another company since I didn't know about the annual contract. Even though the mix-up was not his fault, he fixed the unit and charged me only for the parts. I know that this saved me a lot as I had already received the estimate for the repair from the other company. I was impressed with his professionalism and signed a contract to have him continue the annual testing for me.
