Always quick to reply my queries. Once my internet cable was loose, and I contacted them. They replied me right away, and the on-call person also volunteered to help me troubleshoot in person the next day. Fortunately, he also got me to check my cable connections, and I realized it was my cable that was loose. Thanks very much!

Sales person Cheryl and installer Eric, were great.  Very professional and efficient.  Explained all the details of the system and made sure we understood everything we were getting into and getting in the package.  Offered tips on how to protect our home.  I felt like I was talking to real experts and not just sales people and a installer.  Highly recommended.  We are so pleased with the system and the process, we are now getting bids on a security system for our business from them. 

Excellent service. Needed repairs were done in a timely and effective manner. Response time between initiating call and completion of service was within 24 hr. Would absolutely use for any future needs.

We needed an alarm system asap. We called Absolute Security and Kristi came out the same day. She was very knowledgeable. She was honest about the areas we needed alarms and areas where it was not needed. She did not try to up sell us. We felt very good about working with her. She arranged to have the security system installed the next day, on a Sunday, with no additional charge. Edgar came out, was very professional and thorough in teaching us how to use the system. The alarm came in handy a few months later when we were out of the country. Yesterday I called Matt about installing alarms on my screen doors. Because the screens are retractable he was not sure he could install alarms that work well enough to meet his expectations. He offered 2 options: 1) a tech would drive north about 15 miles to my house and if he could install the alarms he would charge me the trip charge, if not, he would not charge me, 2) purchase a product at a local hardware store that would meet my needs. I was very impressed that he would offer me a solution that did not benefit his company. This is clearly an example of putting the customer first. I have been impressed from day 1 and I HIGHLY recommend this company. The cost for the system was for 3 years of monitoring.

Two installers showed up on time and worked for a day and a half to install the cameras and the dvr. Once installed they took the time to train us on the use of the cameras and set up our remote access. The cleaned up after their work and left the premises in the same condition they found it. The installers were very professional during the installation and the training sessiions.

After purchasing the equipment the installers came within a couple of days and spent most of the day taking out the old system and putting in our new system. They were very professional and thorough and walked us through how the system works, and the apps for our phones. This is such a great interactive system that we can have so much more control over then our old outdated system. If you are looking for a professional provider that is responsive and a local company then this is the company that you should go with! We are very happy and they continue to answer any questions that might come up. Thanks!

Initial contact was made via their website and I received a reply within 2 hours. Kristi Roze was very professional and provided good information up front regarding home security. She was on time for her appointment to review the home and provided a competitive bid. We chose to go with 36 months of prepaid service at the time of installation. About half of my cost is equipment and half is prepaid service. Everything went on line smoothly. It is wonderful to have access to the security system via internet or cell phone. The only glitch experienced was access to the thermostat. One phone call to their customer service was all it took to get that properly activated.

I had packages stolen off my front porch during Christmas time and wanted to get a camera to prevent this from happening again or catch the person who would do this.
I contacted a few other companies but Absolute Security was by far the most professional and Kristi their customer service agent that meets with potential customers was so helpful and knowledgeable.
I ended up getting 4 cameras and one they installed in my basement so I can see what my dog is up to when I am not home. I love having the extra sense of security and love that I can even see what is going on at my house from my android smart phone. I was worried that maybe the app would only be for apple phones. but I think they have it for both.
I was pleased with how professional and meticulous their crew worked. I feel safe thanks to them and hopefully won't have anymore problems with my packages.

Kristi Roze visited to determine the scope of the project. She answered questions via email. She made good recommendations for how to manage security for our home which has many windows at ground level. She helped with plans for the installation to ensure that no new holes had to be made in the walls. I purchased an additional keypad for convenience in entering or exiting through the basement door.
The installation crew was on time and worked hard to install the system. When they encountered problems, they called a supervisor who helped to finish the job. A different telephone interface was required. This was done at no extra charge. A test of the system and home owner training was completed before the installers left.
The system is easy to use. I can access the status or make changes on my phone and computer.
Since the system has been installed, I have had occasion to notify Absolute Security when we have gone on vacation. They have always been helpful and courteous when I called. I am pleased with the quality of service provided.

Overall this was a very easy process and I learned a lot about security systems in the process. The installers showed up promptly and did everything they said they would. I love this company and my alarm, I can't tell you how well I sleep at night now.
