I called Russ for an estimate to clean carpets as listed above. He was prompt, efficient and professional. He quoted $340 which I thought was quite fair. However, since my wife and I moved a lot of the furniture that he thought that he would have to, he reduced the price to $280. I would recommend him highly.

He was very professional, polite, and friendly. He went straight to work on 3 rooms for me. I was impressed by the very thorough extaction method, as my carpets were completely dry in a few hours and they look great. I'm very pleased with the results and would highly recommend.

Called on short notice to see if Russ was available to clean before I moved into a new home- He called back promptly and worked me in with 48 hrs notice. Very friendly, personable, and professional, and takes obvious pride in his work. Very thorough job quickly and efficiently. Pretreated and hot water extraction method with extra attention to traffic areas and pet deodorizing. Would definitely recommend and will call him again when they need re- cleaning. Thanks Russ!

I called and left a message stating that I wanted an estimate. Russ returned my call promptly and came over two days later to provide me with an estimate. His estimate was reasonable and I scheduled him for the following week. The scheduled day arrived and Russ was right on time. He went to work quickly and was able to finish the job within a few hours. He did an excellent job of cleaning all items. They turned out very nicely. The cost was as quoted. Russ was courteous and professional throughout the time he was in my home. I will use him again and would not hesitate to recommend his work.
