The experience was very good. I found a leak after they put it in which they didn't notice. I called them up and they came right out and fixed the leak and didn't charge me any extra. They are very nice people to deal with on the phone. I don't have anything negative to say. I checked around and their pricing was as good as anyone and they seemed honest. I wanted to use my own filter so they went ahead and ordered the filter for me and they would put it in. I will use them again in the future.
