We speak English, NOT computer geek speak. Skagit Counties OLDEST Company offering Computer Support. I started Computer Support Group when I graduated from Western Washington University with a Business Management Degree in 1984. If you need computer related help, and not mac or apple, we can help. Well I cannot say enough good about this company  When making both appointments, the office staff were very quick to get me appointments.   And Roger, who did the work on 9/8 & 10/11/2011,  was very helpful and accomodating.  He did everything I needed done and much more.  In addition, and I think one of the most important requirements of a computer technician, is that he is a great communicator and easy to understand.   I will contact them for all my computer needs as long as I live in the area and they are in business.  I feel I found a real gem and wish I could assign them a grade higher than an "A".  Their base charge is currently $125/hour, and a great value.
