Description of Work: Ruined my daughter's wedding! My mother ordered a wreath for my daughter's hair. All was supposedly set up for us to pick it up on the day of the wedding at 1oclock which would give us barely enough time to drive to the wedding at Baker Lake. . When we went to the store NO ONE was there. We waited and waited, called and called, left message after frantic message. Finally we gave up. My elderly mother (83years old) was responsible for bringing the wreath. She was very upset. She would not come to the wedding which was ~ 50 miles away without a wreath. Finally we left (very late) for the wedding while she went to Haggen's in Mount Vernon. They made one for her even though it should have been pre-ordered. At the wedding we waited for my mother to come. The ceremony was delayed while we waited at Baker Lake WORRYING about my mother as the food sat in the hot sun. People were hungry and becoming irritable.
