Economy Fence Center

The salesman and I agreed on black chain link with black privacy slats and a vinyl gate down by a separate carport. The men showed up and began working on the cemented posts. I was very busy moving and didn't notice that the posts they were putting in cement were silver. When I did notice, I thought, well, maybe the posts are silver but the rest will be to my order. They worked very fast and it was halfway wrapped before I saw that they had put up SILVER chain link and were putting black slats in the silver. The middle fence was black chain link, but the outside was silver and black. I stopped the work and called the company. The salesman did not know what to say or do, as the fence posts had been cemented. I was very busy and said to just finish the fence the way I wanted: black with black slats. They did this but it doesn't look very great. Half of it is silver and black, the other half is black with black. I asked for a discount, but Economy Fence ignored me. In fact, their customer service is terrible...they told me they would place a lien if I didn't pay them. After all the issues with this fence going on for 2 months now, in which I have been emailing and sending pictures, the lady in the office acted surprised last week and asked me why I wasn't happy with my fence! I have had great contractors work on this property, had such great luck. But not with this company. They did not do the right thing, so I have to assume they have no integrity. Be aware of your dealings with them I paid $14,000 for a fence I didn't order and am unhappy with.
