Coach Corral Homes of Mount Vernon

We initially had to have the home jacked up 5ft off the ground since it was next to a river. They had to pull all the necessary permits and raised the prices of these permits. The home is falling apart. The plaster on the walls is cracking, there was a hole in the floor and it just seems like the house was not put together correctly. I have had multiple water leaks under the home also. I finally was able to reach them and it seems like they have every excuse in the book as to why they haven't been out to correct the issues. There have been multiple items they were supposed to correct do but have not done. They also ruined the yard when they put in the home and broke plumbing pipes. They were supposed to put in a french drain around the house, but did not do so.
