Terrible. Original speakers we not able to be obtained by this shop, although other shops didn’t seem to have that problem. Sold me much more expensive speakers saying they would fit the limited space in my door. Said I would love them and if I didn’t he would make things right. The new speakers didn’t sound all that good and they introduced a large vibration in the doors. New antenna didn’t solve the radio reception problem, actually made it worse. The repair of the trunk lid was marginal and slightly out of alignment but acceptable. Total bill was $1003.00 When I tried to get the problems address, they would not stand behind their work, called me a troublemaker and told me they didn’t want to see me in their shop again. This was done by Josh Sanford owner/manager. I had read a review saying he acts like your best friend when he’s selling you something, but as soon as you question anything he starts to belittle you and gets nasty. I didn’t believe the review because I’ve done business with him in years past and he’s been pretty good. But he has changed. I eventually had to take my car to another shop and spend an additional $765.00 just to get things corrected from Car Stereo Plus’s poor work. After multiple attempts to get the situation resolved Josh has become more unreasonable and insulting. I am now taking him to small claims court. I strongly suggest you do not do business with this man or Car Stereo Plus. They have become a very bad shop.

"This person was told not to come back after yelling at my pregnant wife and manager calling her a secretary because she's a woman. All of his issues were not caused by our shop. They were caused by his anger problem. He also neglects to mention. That his 15 year old radio that has a bad tuner is not our fault. We did not sell him a radio. I have not changed. If he would have yelled and cussed at an employee at anytime he would have been asked not to come back. I think it's pretty obvious considering everyone else on Angie's list gives us a good rating."

Kevin was the most knowledgeable professional I talked to over the phone, and I discussed our situation in depth with quite a few stores. Prices were reasonable, and this shop carried all the parts necessary for our 2013 Ford F150.

I needed a new radio to replace the original factory-installed radio. They helped me find a radio with the featured I wanted. They installed it in a reasonable time, a couple of hours.. There was a problem with the installation when sound wouldn't come out of the speaker on one side. They immediately checked it out and fixed it.
