They were on time, polite hard workers. They cleaned up after themselves.

He was real nice too. His son who helped him was also very nice.

Bill is easy to get along with, he stays in communication to make sure things are done the way you want them, which is a plus.

I am extremely pleased with Bill and his work. I called him late on a Saturday afternoon as an approximately 12 food wooden rod in my master closet had fallen. It was almost an emergency situation as we had the clothes that were hung on that rod piled up in our guest room. Guests were expected in two days. Bill was unable to come that day, but offered to come very early on Sunday morning. He came as promised and completed the necessary repair.
I asked him if he could install a second rod and shelving. He indicated he could and scheduled the time for the project. He called as promised to come over to discuss the project in greater detail. Bill said he would be back the next day around noon. He arrived promptly.
The project was completed with precision.
Bill's fees are reasonable, his work thorough, and he is prompt. He is also professional in every way.
I will call Bill for my next project.

Bill called ahead to schedule a date and time to do the work, and showed up promptly. He got right to work and had the job finished in less than a day. He hauled away the debris and cleaned up any additional work related mess that was left behind.

He was there when he said he would be, he did what I needed to without trying to upsell me. He did his due diligence and looked beyond and actually found more rot that was expected. When he did that he showed it to me and we discussed options. In the end he did a great job, was timely, was fair and fixed my problems.

He's very fast in his work and works very hard. He's never lazy in his work. His prices are fair and goes above and beyond in his service. He won't try to do a job if he knows upfront can't. If he can't do the job he's got someone to recommend.
