 + -1 moreJerry and his son Jeremy were very flexible in helping me meet the unplanned county requirements and also went the extra mile to make what we considered to be unnecessary county requirements to be more functional and useful. Jerry got to know what my needs were, including adding underground conduits and plumbing for future growth. He made several good suggestions which I was happy to accept. He also located some excellent fill material which was far better than the best structural soil on my property. The shop is now complete and county inspector was very happy with the work Jerry and Jeremy did as well as I am. As I mentioned, Jerry took extra steps that have helped in later stages of the build process steps that ave saved me much more than it cost. Jerry was recommended to me by a friend and am pleased for that. I thought I would take the extra step in adding Jerry to Angies's list.
Description of Work: Jerry excavated and filled a spot in my backyard in preparation for construction of a 40x44 ft shop. He also constructed a gravel drive to the job site. The county thru in some last minute requirements for gravel trenches and underground plumbing for the future rain gutters and Jerry adapted on the fly. The building site needed about 4-5 ft of fill plus gravel for the cement pad but in order to make the base solid, Jerry had to remove the existing surface soil. When was done the reworked area was rock solid
