Abbey Carpet & Floor

I went to several different carpet stores and described what I wanted, which was good quality carpet for a bedroom that was really soft to walk on. Tom Douglass was the sales associate from Abbey. He took me to exactly what I was asking for, didn't try to hard sell me, and gave me space to spend a little time making a selection. I wanted the job done in a hurry and was very pleased when Tom stopped by my house that evening on his way home from work. When the carpet came in, the workman who came to install it did the job in about an hour, cleaned up the place, was nice and professional and even took the carpet sample thingy back to the store for me. I compared prices from Abbey to one of the large carpet outlets, and I could have paid less for the carpet at the outlet, but the installation fee from the outlet was so much higher that it would have been about $300 more at the outlet than at Abbey. I would recommend the smaller hometown store for sure.
