Larry contacted me the same day I posted job. Not only did he clean and treat my roof, but also the rain gutters! Very dependable and reasonably priced. I will definitely use and recommend this company again!!

Brite-Way responded immediately when we checked on Home Advisor for roof cleaning. He came out the next day with his bid. Other companies just did it over the phone. We also got a bid from someone working across the street on a roof. Of the four bids, this was the best price, and we scheduled work for the next dry day. He arrived early and we believe he did a good job.

Came the very next day and completed the job. Very pleasant to work with and the price was very reasonable.

Personable, professional, and took a guard off the gutter, cleaned it, and re-installed the guard as well as cleaned the outside of the gutter too. (First time anyone, despite my asking, has cleaned the outside!) REVISION: Removed a star because it turns out he forgot a short segment on the other of the gutter; it is at the other end of a sun room.& Alas, it drips and is dirty on the outside. It is easy to miss and I haven't/didn't call him. (I guess I should.)

Came and took off a gutter guard, cleaned the gutter, and re-installed the guard. Also cleaned the outside of the gutter; haven't ever been able to get anyone else to do that!

Bought this service as a gift for my parents who live in a different state. Agreed on a price, they then charged a different price to my parents who I reimbursed. I would never have agreed to the price they charge, but they put me in a position. I consider them unethical and will not use again.

He came in cleaned all the windows and four skylights, and since he was up on the roof he pressure washed the roof too. Great service.

Larry arrived exactly when he said he would and completed the job fast. He was very knowledgeable, considerate and personable. My husband and I are very happy with the results and the price was $200-$300 under what other contractors bid.

So far work is ok. Now I need to hire someone to hammer the staples down. Though that would've been done at time of cleaning.??
