We are very pleased with the result. Jason suggested some innovations we were unaware of - sliding doors with built in blinds- and listened to our ideas. He worked around our schedule and the weather and came back to finish details when the temperature was favorable. We have used this contractor before and recommend him highly.

Our rental home had an unnoticed water leak under the bathroom sink for a few years, to the point where the flooring in front of the sink had become soft. Jason pulled the vanity, repaired pluming, replaced sub floor, put down new flooring, and repaired drywall. He also ran into an insect issue while doing this work. He took care of the insect problem for us as well. Jason was prompt, kept us informed of his progress and finished the work in 2 days. The work was well done, I highly recommend 2 Dogs NW.

Jason gave us good advice from the beginning. He said that he could put in the handicapped accessible door we considered, but pointed out that we did not have enough floor space to turn a wheelchair. Other bidders just cheerfully addes the cost of the new door. We kept the old one.

We found him to bet very prompt, tidy and professional. He had underestimated the cost of flooring but absorbed that loss cheerfully saying, and quot;It was my mistakeand quot;. When unexpected problems arose such as the under the floor plumbing, he consulted us before incurring additional expense on our behalf.

The bathroom had failing plaster, a spongy floor and the plumbing beneath ran uphill! Jason Gartner, the owner, made thoughtful suggestions as we decided on the particulars of the job. He arranged enhancing details such as having the drywallers curve the corners to match the rest of the house. He was prompt, tidy and tolerant of children and pets. He consulted with us promptly when issues such as the uphill plumbing emerged. When he discovered that he had far underbid the flooring, he accepted that cost as his responsibility. He was always midful of our budget and priorities. We are delighted with our handsome, new bathroom and enjoyed the entire experience.

This was part of a large remodel project and these guys are very easy to work with and worked well with other providers who were part of the work. Communicated very well and worked hard to make sure we were pleased. Came in on time and within budget.

They responded to telephone call right away and were very knowledgeable as to options and problems with products discussed. Arranged schedule for work around our schedule. Completed the work within time frame and budget. Neighbor observed them working and hired them to replace and expand his deck.
