About us

National Water Company provides water and sewer line replacement plans for homeowners. Many homeowners are unaware that the exterior water and sewer lines that run from the city service to the foundation of their home are not covered by traditional homeowners insurance policies.Our policies are sold through a network of independent insurance brokers and allow for 24 hour emergency response with no bill for the homeowner to pay, as the policy carries no deductible. Water and sewer line problems are on the rise as homes in the US continue to age. The cost to repair and replace these lines can cost thousands of dollars. For Sewer line repair we specify a cured in place technique that allows for complete repair with minimal damage to the landscape. In cases where excavation is required we include the repair of landscaping in the policy and return the property to pre- event condition. As an example a water line plan is just $3.99 per month with no deductible and $5000 in coverage. There is no underwriting, the cost is the same regardless of the age of your home.
