Rick arrived when he said he would and got right to work. Actually, he was 1/2 hour early but called first to make sure it was ok to start early. He was very careful to keep my house clean, explained everything to me as he worked and made sure the pump was working properly before he left. When the job was complete, he asked to wash up at the kitchen sink and noticed a loose handle. Rick so generously offered to fix it free of charge.
