Description of Work: Mr Ashby was very prompt and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to come unclog our plumbing on Good Friday. They've always been very kind and very thorough.

Description of Work: Told me I needed to replace all the pipe in the house. Instead fixing the small area where it was leaking. The plumber who ended up doing the job said the rest of the pipe in the house was in great shape and did not need replacing.

 + -1 moreCalled Comfort Experts Plumbing at 11 am on Friday (the woman who answered the phone was very helpful) They first stopped by to look over things at 12:30 (had to get to lunch first), and they had the new water heater in by 2:00 pm the same day. Quick, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who will listen. Realistic prices and great service. What more can you ask for?

 + -1 moreJohn arrived on time with a smile. He explained everything he did and the reasons for his actions. He did not waste time and kept to the job. His charge was reasonable. He gave senior discount.
Description of Work: John installed a faucet in the kitchen. He turned off all and found valves under the sink began to leak.He had to turn off the well pump and drained the system to install new valves.
