Brad Smith Construction

After repeated phone calls to Equity Builders of Moses Lake to come back and fix the poorly installed deck railings completed last winter, I contacted Brad Smith. He came out the next day and went over the job with us. He had to order new cap railings. The railing came from Timber Tech, which should be called False Promises. When the railings finally arrived, Brad returned and started the work. He had to remove the existing cap railings that had holes drilled in the middle of nowhere, corners that didn't match and off center. He worked quickly and efficiently to install new cap railings as they should have been done the first time. Equity Builders installed new plywood on the deck with 2 inch screws. They deck is 1 1/2 inches. Brad trimmed all the screws so I could repaint the ceiling of our living area underneath. The 4 X 4 holes cut in the deck to hold the posts were a mess and Brad put trim around each one so they looked more finished. When the deck was completed, he installed our Sun Setter awning over the deck. When the work was done, he cleaned the area before he left. He was a pleasure to watch and talk to.
