I brought my car in for an estimate after another driver backed into the rear passenger side. The rear passenger door was damaged along with the quarter panel and bumper. Bill's was a preferred provider by my insurance company so I went with them. The work they did was great, no complaints, good as new.
The only problem was how long it took to get my car into the shop. There had been a big wind storm right before the insurance approved the work and they got booked up fast. I had to wait more than a month to get the work done. I still had use of the car and they did get me in when they said they would, so it really wasn't Bill's fault.
Overall very pleased.
