Had a great experience with Switch Electric. Their price was very fair and they were able to perform the work really fast. The crew that came out to do the work was very professional, checking and confirming with me every location for the outlets. This is the 2nd time I've used Switch Electric, and the 2nd great experience. They are who I will call for any future Electric needs.

Joseph Schlegel was very knowledgeable about our electrical system, since he had previously consulted and performed work for a neighbor in our Condo. He consulted with us by phone and convinced us that we did not need to install GFCI's in our upstairs bathrooms. Moreover, he showed us a way to correct a switching problem without installing more outlets or changing our system, saving us $$. Highly recommended and knowledgeable electrician.

Several GCFI electrical outlets in our master bathroom suddenly stopped working. We first tried investigating ourselves but eventually came to the conclusion that this was beyond us, and we needed the professional services of an electrician. I contacted several electricians through Angie's List and requested a quote. Switch Electric was one of the highest rated companies listed, and they lived up to their reputation. Switch Electric replied to my request for a quote within the hour. In fact, they already held their soonest slot for me. They explained how they worked, which was in-line with most other companies in the area that provide electrical services. A day prior to our appointment, Switch Electric contacted me via email to remind me of the appointment and provided additional details like the name of the electrician assigned to our case -- Joe. Joe called to notify me that he was running very much ahead of schedule, and asked if it was okay if he showed up much, much sooner than originally scheduled. I was totally amenable with that, since we were working from home anyway. Joe was professional, personable, thorough and neat with his work. We were expecting the worst with our issues, but it turned out to be a rather easy fix. I will definitely engage Switch Electric again because of our experience. And oh yeah... ask for Joe. Highly recommend him! A+

The crew was prompt, fast, and professional. The work was clean and they listened carefully to my requests. Their estimate was right in line with the others we received, and the job ended up costing a little less due to a change we made upon their arrival. If there was any drawback, it's that they were booked a month out. So don't wait too long to get on the schedule. We were lucky to get in early when another job was postponed. I would definitely hire them again.

Joseph called me and discussed the issues that I was having with a couple of breakers in the panel that I could not get back on. He walked me through it and I was able to get the power back on with those two switches. He save me the cost for me to have him come out and do it for me which created a great deal of trust in the company. Joseph cared about the customer enough to treat me fairly knowing I could fix it. I will now be using Switch Electric, refer others to him, and work with Joseph as I trust what he tells me. He earned the trust and is a five star person. And he has a great sense of humor. Much appreciated.

All work was done efficiently and contentiously. We discuss the the conduit placement and confirmed all work with the people who turned up to do the work. They were all in company clothing and introduced themselves and carried out the work exactly to our expectations. We will be using them again soon!

This was the best experience I have ever had with a tradesman!! Joseph was courteous, respectful and very quick. He solved my problem nearly instantly and was so courteous in this time of Covid! I recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone who needs an electrician for a small job and will be giving his cards (which I requested because he was so awesome) to anyone I know who needs an electrician. Quite simply the best!!

Perfectly. Our electrician, Daniel, showed up on time (with COVID protective wear; thank you!) and ready to go. He's easy to talk to and knows what he's doing. He figured out why I was having trouble and explained it to me in terms I can understand. I had no idea that the older dimmer switches we had installed @ 2005 (by a different electric company) were not ideally designed for use with LED bulbs. (To be fair, maybe they told me and I'd forgotten, I'm not certain...) Then to fix my under-cabinet lights, he was smart enough and brave enough to check our old attic to find the transformer. I had no idea where that was. Now I know; thank you so very much! -Kathy in Seattle

Everything went very well with this project. From the time I contacted Switch thru billing. The quality of the work and customer focused attention to detail is top notch. I received a couple of quotes in addition to Switch, they were very competitive. I will consider Switch first from now on for any electrical work around my home!

During the estimate, we were told of a retail sales tax exemption on the outlet because it was for an EV, no other electrician we had out for estimates told us this. Also, they offered an alternative to our attic light which we appreciated and moved forward with. They were able to come a day early due to other cancellations, which was great! During the work, our electrician kept us informed of the steps he was performing and issues he encountered. At the end, everything was clean and tidy. We really enjoyed working with Switch Electric.

This project went very well. City of Monroe Washington has shut down for the Wuhan Virus. So don’t know when it will pass inspection.

Went well. Team of two showed up on time and completed all work within about 3 hours. Really pleased with Switch Electric!

Excellent. Arrived on time. Work was completed within the estimated time frame.

First unit installed did not satisfy me due to a possible misfunctioning ready light. After a call requesting a call-back the original install team called me back. I explained my concern and they returned the same day and quickly replaced the unit with a new one.

Joseph arrived early for the estimate and explained everything in detail for the work that needed to be performed to bring things up to code. Brett and Seth who did the work were always on time, worked hard, very polite, and was always willing to answer any questions in detail. Work was finished on time as promised. Along with the work needed to bring things up to code we chose to have Switch Electric add a transfer switch for the generator we own. We also had them install two large electric heaters in our shop. Very happy with their service!

I had them replace/upgrade my breaker box. The estimate was done with a few days, given to me on the spot, rep was courteous and professional. I am very pleased with their service, their rates, and their work! The finish wiring/box was neat and wiring clearly arranged. They explained what they were going to do (keeping me informed), were time efficient (taking exactly their estimated time to complete), courteous and respectful with any questions or requests on my part. When the job was completed, they explained what was done and pertinent 'user' info so I could understand. No complaints on any of the process.

Switch Electric did a terrific job! Two men showed up on time and worked diligently until job was completed. Took about 5 hours. Cost was a bit higher than expected but Switch took care of all the permitting and all was done exactly to code so it was money well spent. Job looks and work great!

Phenomenal Company! From Tyler (the owner), Joe, Jeremy, and the whole team, exceptional quality, professionalism, and trust. Not only did they do the job, but when the generator we contracted for could not be delivered in time, they upgraded us to a bigger one at no cost to us to keep things on schedule. Then, when we had a small glitch on a part, they were on it immediately. Finally, with Wi-Fi enabled, only a week after the install we had several power outages. They actually monitor your generator and called me to tell me that they were coming out to make a repair on the starting mechanism. THEY CALLED ME, I never had to do anything. Amazing service and Switch will be one I use on our upcoming kitchen remodel.

We were very happy with the service we received from Joseph. He was very professional and quickly determined what the problem was and explained it to us. Since it was a quick and easy fix he charged us much less then the quoted price. He did recommend replacing all the breakers since they are very old. We were not pressured to do this and were told credit from the current visit would be applied to the cost if we decide to go forward with replacing the old breakers. We will definitely be using Switch Electric again soon!
