They changed out circuits to provide correct circuit for steam shower, verified power and that steam shower unit was working! Very Fast and efficient.

Access was, what I thought would be difficult, due to 10 foot height and location directly over a stairway. This was no problem for the installer. Work was accomplished much quicker then I had expected since the replacement fan appeared to require a fair amount of assembly. The installer arrived exactly on time and left us with virtually no clean-up except disposal of the old fan and the empty packaging from the replacement. They include a one year warranty on the work they perform for added peace of mind. Overall a great job and highly recommended.

In-line, 120v thermostat for wall heaters stopped working on a house I recently purchased and had not yet moved in to. When I pulled the thermostat off, I found the wiring had partly melted. At that point I knew I needed a professional, and called Switch Electric because of an Angies List special they were offering for servicing a single electrical problem for $99. The electrician was on time and he immediately saw the problem that the wall heaters had too many heating elements turned on and so were pulling like 7000w when the thermostat was only rated for like 5600. It was a simple repair, the wall heaters were "select a wattage", so he reset them downward. He also installed the new thermostat I had purchased. Since the actual repair was quick and easy, he asked if I had anything else he could look at within the offer. I didn't but appreciated the offer. The service was punctual, quick and professional. I will use them again for electrical needs.

These guys are real pros and do a great job for a fair price. They have a cool ipad app that bills you in a very straightforward manner. Thanks for the solid work.

This company had a special on Angie's List to fix one electrical issue for $125. When I called to make the appointment, the soonest available was 2 weeks out, which was a lont time with half the power in our home out due to one outlet. When they showed up for the appointment, they were close to on time, about 30 minutes late, but the employee was professional and completed the job quickly.

I was able to get someone out to look at things within a couple days of contacting them, and we had our quote that evening via email. The pricing was absolutely fair, and the gentleman we dealt with was very nice. Once we actually get to that point in our remodel, we will most likely be using their services.

Corey and Tyler were wonderful. The did a great job, arrived on time and cleaned up. Solved the ceiling fan problem and a track lighting problem I had at no charge. Used good materials too. We will use them every time we need and electrician. We were so impressed.

I was disappointed because I thought the fan included a light and I had to pay extra for that. The work was of high quality however. The employee was very skilled and worked rapidly.

After a bit of voicemail tag I reached the owner/manager, who scheduled our appointment for 8.30am Monday October 15th. Jeremy was our electrician. He texted me at 8.30 to let me know he hit some traffic on 405, but he showed up around 8.45. We showed him around, and he explained that some work he simply couldn't do that day - ie, we have one aluminum outlet that would require some fairly major re-wiring through the house to fix. We have a breaker with too much capacity for our gas range/oven, but Jeremy didn't have the time to fix that. We had him look at some outlets that had problems with plugs falling out (our internet router was plugged in to one, whenever a cat would come by and rub against it we'd drop offline). He replaced these for us, and installed GFCI outlets in our kitchen (2) and our bathroom (1). He worked very cleanly, picking up stray bits as he went along, including paint flecks and other small particles that someone else may have missed. He was also very professional around our pets, one of whom was a very curious and fluffy cat who wanted to know everything he was doing. My invoice was shown to me on his iPad, and I signed it there and he emailed a copy to my inbox. Will definitely have them back to look at larger wiring projects (aluminum outlet, gas range/oven breaker, moving lightswitches).

It went great, but one of my flood lights won't come back on and he didn't have the replacement part with him. I still need to find the part.

Showed up exactly on-time. Found the problem very quickly and fixed the problem for the promised fee.

I had a bad experience with Switch Electric. We talked through the project in great detail during the estimate, then again on the day of the work. I said to call my cell with any questions at all. I got no phone calls, and came home to only two of three components installed. The third one had no wiring done, nothing at all. Just sitting there with the cables left on the floor. When I called Jeremy he said he didn't know how he wanted me to set it up, and he didn't have an answer when I asked why he didn't call my cell. He said I had to pay another $150 "visit" fee just to have him drive to my house to do the work on another day. To finish the job he was supposed to do in the first place! Very disappointing service, unhappy with the incompletion of work, poorly managed the situation, would not recommend them to anyone.

The fan looks and works great! Will use this company when ever I can.

I upgraded the fans to a Broan/Nutone. The electriciasn came on time and was professional and on time. I will definetly use Switch Electic in the future!

They could have cleaned up a little better afterwards, but they did a good job.

They did a great job. The deal was a little confusing it was to fix one problem. Their definition of one problem was different from ours. I would use them again but not as a big deal.

Kory checked the problem circuit thoroughly and scratched his head, as I had done. He found a problem with the wire at the breaker that could be causing the problem. After fixing that, he assured me that the circuit was in good shape from what he could observe. So far, so good. Very open with information and what other steps would be necessary should the problem recur. If it does, he'll be the man for the job.

Knowlegeable, fast, accurate - I called, appointment made, work done............just that simple!
