They were friendly. I had no issues with them. We were satisfied.

We agreed to 8:30/9:00am. He showed up at 8:25, a few minutes early, but it was okay. He installed the timer in a switch for an outdoor controlled outlet (the switch is inside the house). He was trying to read the directions on which wire was which. I wasn't sure if an experienced electrician should know that or not, or if various electrical components are fairly similar or if they're all different and anyone would have needed to look at the instructions. He did agree to double check the one we had already installed for our porch/outside garage lights and informed me that two wires had been installed opposite (though the lights have been working, so neither of us was sure that it was going to make a difference). He did change those, and that was after I had asked him what all the $125 could include and he pointed to just the one switch for the outside outlet. He was still finished and gone within probably 30 minutes or less. He was friendly, looked a bit young, didn't necessarily automatically remove his shoes, though had no problem with it on my request. I had asked him about replacing the button for the doorbell (which has been broken for a while), though he did let me know that that would not be considered part of the ONE issue that we had purchased. Understandable. I realize I was the one who purchased the deal and chose the electrical issue. But those were the only issues we had in our home. Next time, before I purchase a $125 deal from anyone, I'll make sure we have something that's worth $125 to fix. He did a fine job; it just felt overpriced to me. But that wasn't their fault. Also, I did notice that afterwards there was some debris on the floor underneath the switches, so he hadn't cleaned up. Not s huge deal, but still.

The electrician who did the work was professional and considerate. He did explain that he was not qualified to provide the HVAC / handyman services of installing the ductwork. I was disappointed but understood. The electrician cleaned up all dust, debris and took the existing fan to be disposed of.

Switch Electric was really helpful -- two electricians came to our house, and while one of them fixed our wiring problem, the other described the concern and the repair so I felt I understood what was going on. Thanks guys, I'll definitely call you again!

They came out and fixed what the previous electrician did @ my house. The previous electrician incorrectly installed a generator transfer switch that just about killed me and blew up my brand new generator! The guys were great, prompt and did top notch service... I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.....

Found problem right away, need to replace outlets and switches through the house and GFI outlets where necessary. We will schedule the work to be done. This is about the fourth time we have used them. Obviously we are and have been very pleased with this company and employees.

I had Switch come out to a condo I was renovating. An electrical issue popped up on me that I was un aware of so I didn't have any lead time to schedule an electrician. I needed the work done quickly so that the painters could get in there and get things wrapped up. They came out when I needed them to, they got the work done exactly as we discussed and at the price we agreed. Overall the price was fair and the timeliness was key. I needed them again for another small issue a couple weeks later, they came right out and performed just as they had prior. These guys are going to be my go-to electricians for now as I like their communication and professionalism. These guys are definitely in it for the long haul and want to establish a good reputation, you can just tell they care more about the customer experience than most.

A crew of 3 arrived on time and neatly performed all the work with no glitches in about 2 hours time. All the lights look great and operate just as we hoped. The crew was neat & professional in their work. No mess was left behind.

They showed up exactly on time. Very polite and they even removed their shoes without being asked. I'd recently removed some light switches as part of a minor remodel. When I reinstalled the switches, I could not figure out why they weren't working. (How embarrassing) Swift did not make me feel stupid, but went straight to work. In just a few minutes, they had the switches installed and working. He explained patiently that when my home was built (late 70s), electricians often wired 3-way switches differently then they do today. To code at the time, but differently. He then added "There's no way you'd have figured it out." He repaired my switches and my bruised male ego. Great guys!

I had a $125 troubleshooting coupon from Angie's List. Switch Electric changed one light switch and one thermostat, both of which I provided. The work was fine although there was visible minor damage to sheet rock and paint around the switch cover when they were done, which definitely wasn't there before. We didn't discover this until after they left because they didn't show us the replaced switch while they were there and we didn't check it while they were there. The biggest thing was that they didn't mention it at all, let alone offer to fix it. That is the only reason I rated Quality a C and Professionalism a D, and that soured our overall experience from great down to a B. I should also point out that this is the 2nd time that the technician (Kory I believe) had been at our house to do some work -- he has always been excellent, but he had someone with him this time who seemed to be an apprentice, and that person did the work on the light switch where the sheet rock damage occurred. The thermostat was a Nest which they did not have experience with, but they installed it willing. I paid an additional amount ($300) to upgrade two undercabinet lights from halogen to LED undercabinet lighting. That work was done well although the color of the light was different from the halogen. Switch previously had said that the color was the same. This is now an issue because they replaced 2 out of 3 undercabinet lights so there is a mix of color. The two different kinds of lights also turn on at slightly different times (all 3 are on the same switch), which is a little annoying. They showed up an hour early, which put some pressure on us as we weren't expecting them, but because of that they were very accommodating when I had to run to Lowe's to get a low voltage thermostat (I had made the mistake of purchasing a line voltage thermostat previously).

These guys were AWESOME! They were on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up after they were done. I had purchased an "Angie's List Big Deal" for 4 cans of recessed lighting. The space I wanted the lighting in wasn't suited for the can lighting, so they came up with a creative alternative (2 wall sconces). They put in the wall boxes and a dimmer. I'll go and pick out a couple a wall sconces and hook them up myself over the weekend. I will be using them again for some outdoor work later this spring.

He did a fine job, the only thing is there is some minor dry wall issues as he didn't realize there was a duct where he drilled a hole that he was not able to work around, so he had to drill another one. It's a small issue, so overall I'm still pleased.

The work went well but the installers started to cut through the ceiling before confirming two of the sights were okay. After starting to cut out the holes for two of the cans they discovered that trusses were in the way and had to relocate the cans. I now need to patch the ceiling and repaint the areas. Otherwise, they were quick and I am pleased with the service.

They were very professional an honest when they came over. I thought I had an issue with the electrical components of a fountain outside the house. The electrician came out looked at it and immediately found out that the electrical units were fine, but it was the motor that needed work. He didn't charge me anything and advised me to get a refund on the Deal.

I was happy with them and I would use them again.

Kory and Tyler arrived on time, were professional and did a great job in a short amount of time. We have already requested estimates for our other rooms. Good prices too. We will use them for all our electrical needs in the future.

Two electricians arrived to do the install. One was experienced, the other a junior person learning the ropes, but they both did a good job. They worked patiently with us to determine where to install the lighting in our living room given certain physical constraints in addition to just what would work best lighting-wise. From the moment they turned them on we were delighted because WOW do they ever light up our very dark living room in a modern, pleasant way. The lights have added significantly to our enjoyment of the room. My only complaint is that when they cut one of the four ceiling holes and when they installed a new light switch they didn't cleanly pull away the ceiling/wall material and it resulted in some torn paint outside of the rim of the light and the switch cover, leaving visible missing paint patches. So, not a perfect job, leaving us with the need to do some minor touch up paint, so that's why I rated them a "B" for quality, but we're still happy to have these lights and at half the price.

.They did a good job of identifying and repairing the problem. My only complaint was that I had purchased a discounted coupon for their service and when they arrived on site they said the "fine print" on the coupon said it would not cover my job. The fine print was difficult to interpret unless you were an electrician, so I felt a bit duped by their offer.

I purchased the Angie's List deal for 4 recessed ceiling cans installed with dimmer switch. I decided that since I was having someone run electricity in the attic it would make sense to also have them install a ceiling fan...then decided to have another one installed in the office as well. They actually arrived early...wow! The deal did not include getting electricity to the ceiling and we had nothing for them to tap off of so it was a bit more for the recessed lighting. We purchased the fans and switches which they installed. They were fast and efficient AND cleaned up after themselves. Everything looks great. We would not hesitate to have them back the next time we need an electrician.

Kory and Tyler were excellent -- on-time, professional, and really nice guys. They covered all the things in the room in which they installed can lights before they did the work and cleaned up like nothing ever happened. I would use them again for any electrical needs and recommend them highly.

I've used Switch Electric twice and will use them again. If anyone asked for an electrician referral, I'd send them to Switch.

He said that I am outside of his area and referred me to another company.

The company owner, Tyler, and his tech, Kory, were prompt and professional in installing 10 recessed lights in a family room and hallway. Where I had questions about placement, amount of light to be thrown off, etc. Tyler was helpful in laying out a plan and answering my questions. They laid down plastic to protect each work area and vacuumed after completion. It was a pleasant experience and I am very happy with the results. Would definitely use them again.
