Switch is an excellent company and I would use them again. They just couldn't do this job because of the way our room was constructed.

We bought the big deal - received quick contact via email to set up the scheduling. Easy to schedule. Received an email that evening from business owner expressing regret that unable to perform work as we are out of their service area. All communication was quick and courteous.

- Tyler Keezer set appointment date to review project and we met at the scheduled time. - Project needs and code requirements were reviewed and a price was provided. - I accepted contactor proposal and a replacement date was set. - Received e-mail reminder day prior to Kory the installer and his helper showing up as planned. - Work was completed in record time, about 4 hours. Panel breakers were identified and all circuits worked. - Was contacted days later by Tyler to arrange for a 4 hour window for the State Electrical inspector. - Panel was inspected and approved. -Job complete and owner happy.

Switch was very fast and easy to schedule with. The guys arrived on time, were very professional. I was still waffling which rooms to put the can lights in (this was an Angie's List Big Deal) and they helped me decide: top floor, otherwise would have to pay extra and it owuld take longer and be messier to install w/o attic access. They were done very quickly and cleaned up their work space. They even replaced some ugly old baffles on other can lights in the room. I am already considering ways to use them again.

We have not used the service yet.

The best part of the service was Tyler's willingness and ability to work with my unique needs. He came over expecting to do one thing and ended up doing another after talking with me about options. A big part of how I work is looking at a variety of options to see which is the best overall next step. He graciously worked with me on that. Beyond this first bit, I had him work up an estimate for the next phase of my continual remodeling and will use them for that.

they did exactly what i asked them to do. i called them out twice. once was to fix the sport court light which kept on shorting out. they didn't quite solve the shorting out problem, but they did get the lights to stay on for longer. fixing the shorting out issue would have involved a lot more digging and investigation. they also fixed the sensor light that wasn't working -- went all the way to home depot to get the part, installed it. thank you.

I bought the $ 229 Big Deal I left several messages, nobody has called back. I am out of the money. Please refund me the money. Monica Anderson

We had an extremely noisy bathroom fan in our master bath so when I saw that Switch Electric had a Big Deal special on Angie's list I didn't hesitate to call since Switch Electric replaced our obsolete breaker box last year. Tyler came and took a look at our fan and got us on the schedule and on the install date the workers arrived right on time and performed the work in short order. They were extremely professional and neat - you can't tell they had to cut a larger opening for the new fan. The Broan Ultra Quiet QTR Series 110 CFM fan operates beautifully and it is SO QUIET I now look forward to brushing my teeth now!

**Work was done a year or so ago, so the date is an estimate. I found the attitude of the person who came out off-putting. I was showing him some of our wiring, including the ground outside and he disparagingly said, "who knows where that goes," without bothering to ask. There was presumption that the home owner is a total idiot. As a woman, I get this a lot. It's irritating. I happened to know exactly where the ground went. I didn't even bother explaining. The attitude was like this the entire time the young man was here. It's not a huge deal, but it's also not something I want to be around. In addition to the attitude, part of my dissatisfaction with the service was with the pricing. This could partly be my own fault: I wanted some diagnostics in terms of how we might reconfigure some overloaded circuits. Basically I paid 195.00 for an estimate. If I'd paid 195 hourly I think I could have gotten two work hours. Instead there was 15 minutes fiddling in the fuse box and 20 minutes on an estimate write up. I suspect that the Big Deal was actually geared towards installing a switch or two or an outlet or putting in a light. That's a LOT of money for installing items that I can easily install myself (following all city and county regs). It's possible that I was not clear enough about my expectations. Hard to say. Either way it was a disappointment. Taking the young man's attitude into consideration as well as what I felt was a jacked-up price on a Big Deal (which is typical of all these Big Deals), I wouldn't use the service again.

Great!!!! They spread plastic over the work area to help protect the flooring. Work was complete in a very timely and professional manner. Very happy to have Switch Elec. come back to do more work!!!!

The electrician were great to work with and did a fantastic job.

That was one of my most unfortunate ones. I had some outlets that were not working at all and he was able to look around and find the reset button in the garage and he just pushed the button and it worked and he goes "Well that was the easiest call I've ever had." And that was it. You'd thing he would have said, "I'm here for 2 minutes is there something I could do for you?" So I had him give me a bid on something else but I said to myself "I'm not going to use you. I mean if I had known where that switch was I would have done it myself." He could have offered to do something more and find out if there was anything else I needed seeing that it only took you a few minutes.

Scheduling was very easy on website. They confirmed appointment and showed up on time. They were very fast and answered questions that I had. They cleaned up any mess that was made. I plan to use them again in the future.

we will definitely use them again. they were there on time and done in one day, and they did a lot of electrical work. The installer was very professional, friendly, and had high standards. he didn't like how disorganized the wires running down were at one point - so he replaced them with parallel and very organized wiring at no cost, to complete the job to his standards. we will 100% use Switch again for any of our needs in the future.

I didn't understand that I needed to contact them for an appointment (I thought they call me) so after a few days I called them. They explained and we set an appointment. They also called me when another opening was available in case I could do it sooner. They were friendly and helpful, prompt and easy to work with.

Mission accomplished.

Switch Electric fixed my problem, but it was a super easy thing to fix. I don't think I used that deal wisely.

I embarked last year on a project to install two ceiling fans- one in the master bedroom, and the other in the living room. I ended up contacting electricians during both, and both experiences went well (The electrician experiences-- not the fan install experiences!) But, after this much time, I am not 100% certain which story went with which electrician.. so, here is the one I believe went with this provider: I had installed a ceiling fan in the master bedroom-which, because our house is more than 100 years old, is not very 'master' in size. In fact, to install the fan, I had to take the bed apart and move it out of the way. I had been struggling for a couple of weeks trying to get the fan to work once installed.. and no joy. And, of course, having to take apart and then reassemble the bed every time I worked on it.. it was getting to be more than frustrating. So, I bought the coupon and called the electrician. Two young men came out- I explained my dilemma. They worked on the wiring to troubleshoot the problem-- took about a half hour-- and it turned out that the original wiring had been installed incorrectly so nothing I did based on how it was worked. They fixed the problem! The fan works!

They did a fantastic job. They even fixed our light switches in the 2 bathrooms for no charge.

I put NA for price because I believe all electricians and plumbers get paid too much. Bottom line (and all that really counts), would I use them again - Yes

Provider was prompt, efficient. Cleaned up afterward. Wish we would have installed two more fans. The price was terrific.
