They were prompt and completed the job in the time described. They had to come back due to not having the correct part to install with our older electrical box but that was done without extra charge to us. Once the job was completed the inspector was out next day. We would definitely utilize them again.

They were somewhat hard to get a hold of and when they did get in touch they couldn't perform the service because I was on the 4th floor of a condo.

They were very professional, on time, and neat. We had a difficult access but they ended up taking additional days to be careful and not require a lot of sheet rocking which was really appreciated. They also had to work around boxes in a back room which they moved around to get to where they needed. A couple small things broke on a bed but we did not tell them it was tricky to move. I believe it was coincidental that our 15 year old washer and dryer died from being moved around as they did not appear to do anything drastic and they were on their last legs so to speak. I have referred numerous people to them all of which have been extremely happy to the point I want them to do some additional work but heard they are booked out quite a ways.

They were very thorough and cleaned up after the work. They provided great value for the services they provided. We were quoted 1000$ more by other electrician for the same work.

The deal was later applied to a much bigger job of replacing the entire box so this ended up costing me much more than anticipated. My box needed replacing, and Switch's two guys worked very fast to replace it in 1/2 day, it was done and they were out of there, like a rocket! They pulled required permits (I ended up being charged twice for permitting, but cleared it up and they took one charge off, which was correct) They did the work well, it just basically opened up a can of worms for me because even though more work as a result of their visit was found, they could not do the work for some time because I first had to schedule another bid appointment, so the job ended up taking well over a month to finish. I never ended up using them the 3rd time, just because of the delay to get their workers in to finish, and my worry that it would take another whole bid booking to finish off everything, as more things might arise later. The work was done, but the way they do it is that the guys coming to do the work do not have the authority to actually make future bids, so it is a disadvantage to have to schedule pricing and bidding separately each time, taking weeks of wait time to actually get your work done. I would use them again, even with the pressure I received to pay the bill the next morning with a 7:00 or 8:00am early phone call requesting I pay right away. Tyler did later visit the house to make sure everything that needed to be done was accounted for in one more shot, and hopefully to help eliminate the long drawn out re-bookings I encountered after the first purchase to just change out wires in my box. All in all, electrical work seems very difficult to get someone out to do your work and you should plan for at least 2-3 months of wait time with most companies, it appears. The 2nd visit the guys were very rushed and seemed to have more important places to go, so I felt like the customer service dropped off considerably. All in all, I think that the people were nice and good at what they do, but just needed to focus more on each job, and helping the customer get things closed up quicker, when other items arise. It is not fun doing a remodel job, so maybe the bid scheduling time constraints are just because that is the way it is here in Snohomish County, currently.

It was great! He showed up on time, worked non-stop and ended up finishing early. I received a credit for the amount not used. I will definitely use Switch Electric again when I need electrical work done.

Joel and Aaron from Switch Electric were great to work with and did an amazing job on our whole-house rewiring. Our home was built in the 50s and still had the original knob & tube wiring along with an "interesting" circuit layout. We were concerned about how much drywall damage would be necessary in order to completely rewire the house, but Joel and his team did a magical job to minimize the need to cut into the walls. We also had a wish list of a few additional items and they worked with us to make it more manageable. I highly recommend Switch Electric; they are professional, a pleasure to work with, and did an amazing job rewiring our home.

Since purchasing the deal, we haven't been able to work out a time to have the service performed. We only go to that house on weekends and unfortunately they do not work on weekends and we are not there during most weeks. The service provider was professional and responsive but we were unable to use them this time around.

Tyler and Joel completed updated kitchen electricity in this tough-to-work-on, neglected 1941 house. (It had been knob and tube, with all previous wiring done by the deceased previous homeowner -- not up to code and very dangerous.) I gutted the kitchen for new cabinets, countertop, sink, faucets, and needed outlets for a garbage disposal, dishwasher, upgraded rewiring for existing under-counter lights, as well as upgraded rewiring for a light above the kitchen sink. Tyler and Joel did it all, flawlessly. I especially love the LED low-profile strip for under-counter lighting; it's cozy! I've dealt with many contractors since purchasing this sad little estate-sale house earlier this year, and no one comes close to the professionalism and expertise of Tyler, his crew, and Switch Electric.

They were good. Scheduling was very convenient. The electrician was very good to work with.

Very nice and personable. Seemed fairly quick, but I'm not experienced with this. They replaced a dimmer with a switch in one room which I had not asked for. I had to ask them to keep the dimmer, which is more functionality. May have scratched floor with ladder, but they said they didn't. Angie's list should explain that replacing the knob and tube did not mean bringing it up to code as in putting in the number of outlets a new installation would include, so I was a bit shocked (haha) to learn that each additional outlet was about $189.00 I think. Anyway, overall they knew what they were doing and were very nice. Of course these fix price jobs if you add up the number of hours and divide it into the price, you may be shocked (haha again) by the hourly rate!

Showed up on time as promised for the Angies List deal to swap out 20 breakers. In their review they really had some concerns about she safety of our panels. Highly recommended replacement and they gave a great price. Final job done was awesome and it looks safe, neat and awesome. Thank you!

They were excellent. They did exactly what the compliance said. They had a great review and I read their customer comments and I thought it was a fair price for what they were doing. I would use them again in the future.

Everything went well without any problems. The owner was easy to talk to. He called me back although I didn't leave any voice message. The staff who came was professional and knowledgeable. The scheduling and billing system was very hi-tech. You can schedule online. On the day of service, the technician informed us that we need only 3 GFCI outlets instead of 4 because the last one was already wired and controlled by the other one. He was honest and save us some money. After the service, the invoice was recalculated to reflect the actual service right on spot. The technician had me reviewed and sent email right away. I paid by credit card onsite and get a receipt by email immediately.

THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME! Tyler, the owner, was a real straight shooter, explained everything in detail and gave us a very good price. Joel and his crew did a beautiful job. They arrived on time, were thorough, professional and pleasant, and went out of their way to make it as easy on us as possible. We were not required to move out during the project, which saved us a lot of money. They worked around us. At the end of every day they made sure we had enough power to get us to the next day. We just can't say enough good things about Switch Electric. They'll be our go to guys in the future, and we highly recommend them.

Very professional and quick. Explained that if I just replace the incandescent canister bulbs with CFL or LED, the problem would go away. So I did, and it has. Worth every penny of the "big deal" to know that there's no electrical problem.

We were VERY impressed from start to finish. The office staff was very helpful in scheduling the appointments, and Tyler, who did the initial estimate, was very professional and provided a detailed, itemized estimate that allowed us to see every component of the potential costs. The electricians who did the work, Joel and Riley, were fantastic. They encountered a lot of strange amateur electrical work in the walls of our old house, and had some struggles with it, but they were always still smiling at the end of the day. The work was done well and completed within the five-day timeframe that we'd been given. The electricians tidied and cleaned at the end of each day so that our home was livable throughout the entire week. Overall, this project completely exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely recommend this company to friends in the area.

These guys are awesome. I heard from them within an hour of requesting a time on Angies List. That was on a Thursday. They fit me in on the following Monday. We scheduled 1pm. They got there about 1:20pm which is incredibly prompt for any contractor. Within 20 minutes they had accurately determined the cause of the broken exhaust fan (which required ordering parts) and installed a new ceiling fan for me. The cost was reasonable and the work was stellar. They offered to take the packaging for the fan away for me and said they would get me an estimate for the parts for the exhaust fan. And they did.. within 2 hours of leaving my house. It's was easy, affordable and great work. They are on my list "who to call" list from now on.

Tyler was very punctual and professional. Fast in response. He gave an estimate on the following day. We have already more schedule to repair area of concern.

Tyler the technician followed up with my husband once the work was complete. There was no mess left (service was preformed while we were at work). He recommended follow up on our existing duct work. At my husband's request, he also provided us a quote for installing a new fan in the master bathroom. We truly appreciated the punctuality, honesty and beautiful work!

The work went well and Brian was the tech who came. He was originally going to install a new panel as we had discussed but found that a bearing strut in the house would be compromised. So he went to great lengths to update and upgrade the existing panel, which saved me money in the long run, and left the strut as it was meant to be! I feel that my electrical system is in fine order and safe thanks to Switch.
