The installer showed up on time, I think his name is Brian and was courteous and willing to answer any questions. He worked very efficiently, had to install a couple of breakers at no charge and even vacuumed after he was finished. He then explained how to get going when the power goes out and didn't leave until I had it down. I would highly recommend Switch to anyone with any electrical need. Will be calling in the future for all my electrical work.

Great experience from start to finish. They are very busy so we did have to wait but when they left we felt it was well worth it. They were clean, organized, quiet, professional and accommodating. I try to be handy as well so they were happy to take the time and explain what they were doing and how everything was connected. I do recommend them to anyone who is looking for an electrician.

Brian and Bryce showed up on time with all materials needed. The walked through the plan with us and split up the work for maximum efficiency. The two of them completed all work in a timely manner and the quality of the work performed was excellent. We are so happy to finally have overhead lighting and could not have been more pleased with the entire team at Switch Electric for their professionalism and great quality. We would definitely use them again on future electric projects.

It turned out well. We paid approximately $2000 more for the additional wiring they did. They under bid themselves initially/ underestimated the cost of the project by a significant amount. There was more square footage and we asked for more additional work to be done. We asked for a bid which they did. They provided us a written bid. But when it came to time to actually do the work, they had underestimated their bid by about $1000.

With power outages increasing, I was tired of throwing out frozen food that went bad. We have used Switch Electric to install a huge light fixture and they were professional, friendly and fair priced. I made an appointment. They showed up, listened to what I wanted, gave me an estimate a few days later. They brought the natural gas generator and installed it, fixed the wiring in the kitchen as everything was on one circuit (lights, plugins and microwave). How it passed inspection, I will never know. They added the power to the hot tub (during the last windstorm) great guys! Price is fair, work was great and I didn't have to get the permit, they did it. We will use Switch Electric for our electrical needs.

Work was fine however upgrades added significantly to the costs. The fans work very well.

All went fine except our whole generator system ended up costing substantially more than we anticipated, through no fault of Switch. We had to have a new, larger gas line brought in along with a larger meter and 11 new gas regulators so that we were up to code and won't overload our system. Jeremy & Joe were very professional, punctual, all you can ask for in a contractor. Considering that I am a victim of "the remodel from h***" 10 years ago, I am especially suspicious of anyone who does work for me. No such problems with Switch. I'd use them again and I highly recommend them. Tom George

They were great electricians, and managed to squeeze into the tight space to take out the old noisy heat lamp fans and replace with more modern ones. You'll want to do your research on the actual fan, as the advertised special did not originally include the version with lights, plus the lighted ones use CFL bulbs and not LED's (needed a special base) They could have reused the solid metal ductwork, instead of the cheap flex duct, as sound transmission would have been even less, plus the old metal ducts were insulated and do not allow condensation. These newer fans remove much more air and are much less noisy, but I do miss the old energy pig of a heat lamp, as those were nice on cold winter nights. Might be worth buying the upgraded vent fan with a heater vent. The number of switches you currently have is also an issue, as some of these devices require up to three switches. All and all it was a good service for a fair price. Just take time to inform yourself about what you are buying.

We contacted Switch and they responded quickly. Unfortunately, they were booked out a couple weeks and we needed someone to sooner. While we didn't choose them, we would definitely consider them in the future!

Switch Electric was beyond a pleasure to deal with and made the whole process painless. I couldn't believe how punctual they were and even calling to ask if it's OK if they arrive a little earlier than expected! Tyler came out and gave us a free quote and answered all of the questions we had about the generator. He was extremely friendly and didn't pressure us into any decisions or upgrades. Just laid out all of the options and told us to notify them if and when we're ready to move forward. The electricians who came out and installed the generator were very polite. At one point they unfortunately didn't have the proper connector so they came to the front door to notify me they were going to go pick it up and take their lunch. I figured I wouldn't be seeing them for the rest of the day. Not true. Sure enough they were back in action 45 mins later! After all the work was done Tyler came back out to verify everything was done properly and to let me know there would be an inspector arriving a few days later to verify everything. Hopefully we don't have to use the generator often but it's really nice knowing it's there for when we need it. We will definitely reaching out to Switch Electric for some more projects in the near future!

Everything was perfect. They showed up on time, had everything with them, performed the work and left the place clean and nice. Definitely will use again.

They came out the same day, which was great. However, the receptacle was installed upside down. We fixed it ourselves and they gave us a discount. We were happy in the end and would use them again.

I am beyond impressed ... they called me 90 minutes before my appointment to see if they could come early. When does that happen?! I said that would be great - and they were here exactly when they said they would be. They took out the old fan, replaced it with a really nice new one and completely cleaned up after themselves. Oh - and they were here for less than 45 minutes start to finish! The fan is amazing - my old one sounded like a jet starting up! - and we are completely pleased with the fan unit itself, as well as everything about the two employees who came out to do the work. I would highly recommend them, and asked them for several of their business cards so I have their contact information next time I have a need for electrical work at my home or rental properties. It was fine. I wanted to have some things done that ended up needing a permit, and the coupon I bought had to have the work done in one day, so make sure you're aware of that when you buy specials. The work that was done was fine.

Others had quoted me over $1000 to do the job because of the high ceilings saying we would need scaffolding but these guys came in at a reasonable cost, were professional and completed the job in the time they said they would. First a sales rep came out to bid the job. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and concerns. I recently had a remodel job that didn't go very well so I was skeptical how this project would go. The day of the job two installers came with their very tall ladder. They removed the old fan in a respectful manner and installed the new one just as carefully. They took the old fan away and disposed of it for me which was also helpful. They were patient with my questions and concerns as we deliberated how high or low to hang the new light fixture. In the end, it didn't go as low as I had envisioned but I went with their expertise and suggestions and am very happy with the results.

Tyler did the initial quoting and Jesse performed the work. Switch installed T5 fixtures (9 in total) to light up my workspace. I left a pretty detailed sketch to make sure the lights got installed just as I wanted and Jesse executed the plan perfectly. When an issue came up he called right away and we delayed the project so we could work out a solution. He was very concerned that we get it done right and not just fast. They also installed additional 120v and 240v circuits and outlets throughout the space, as well as LED under cabinet lighting. The end result was just perfect and I very happy with their work. It looks very professionally executed with no exposed wiring or loose ends. I am also very pleased with their great communication at every step. It makes a big difference when we are all on the same page, know what time people are coming, good communication (calls, reminders, invoices, etc.) from the office and Jesse - it just makes the whole process easier. A+ on great communication. I will definitely rely on Switch for my future electrical needs.

I was able to book this service faster than others available in my area. The electrician was here on time and was ready to go. He even had nice clean protective booties to wear in my home. He was polite and professional. However, I had requested that Switch supply the two thermostats and had given them the part number. When the electrician came out, the worksheet showed that these thermostats would be "customer supplied." As this style of thermostat has failed on me in the past, I had two new back-up thermostats just in case the ones Switch brought failed too. The electrician installed these, efficiently and quickly. But one new thermostat failed on the spot. He replaced the faulty one with one of my older units that had been working and made arrangements to come back in two days with a new one. It appeared to be working when the fellow left. However, it failed to turn on again. I called the main office and the receptionist quickly arranged to get the electrician back in touch with me. Despite his very busy schedule, he worked me in to correct the issue the very next day! He brought two new thermostats and the one he installed - worked (yippee). He stayed to make absolutely sure that the thermostat stayed functional before he left.

I gave them a B for punctuality because they showed up an hour early. Wasn't an issue but it could have been if I was away. Otherwise they were very professional and did good work. They also helped explain the ins and outs of the generator and how much load it could take from the house and some other good details. Overall, would use again for electrical work

The installation went well, and we really like the new fans--these were part of a big deal which we credited towards to higher quality fans. They were not able to replace one fan because it was in a hard to access area, but the two they did install work great. Will have them back at some point to use the leftover credit for the fan they weren't able to install towards something else.

In all instances the electricians were punctual and professional. We are very happy with all the work they have done.

Great. Professional, prompt, easy to work with

It went pretty well. We ended up buying something different. I think it was a bathroom fan we got from them. We ended up paying and upgrading to a different kind of fans that look better in the area. The first guy that came out said that they had to have some additional stuff added. He said they would do that for us for free, but when they came out to do the work they did not know anything about that.

Notes: - Jeremy and Joe were courteous enough to give me a heads-up that they were running late, and showed up at their updated ETA. - They performed the job in about ~2 hours, even with my dog milling about their business every now and again. - I'm very happy with their attention to details (nothing about the job or materials used looked sloppy or cheap). Overall, I'm very happy with the work that Jeremy and Joe did, and would gladly use Switch Electric again.

It went very well and very quickly. They even took the ceiling fan packaging with them so I didn't have to dispose of it even though I purchased them on my own. These guys are always amazing!!! I have used them 3 or 4 times now. This time they had to work with my home warranty company so I could be sure that they would cover the costs.
