It went incredibly well. Tyler came out to provide estimates on multiple options. The price was very reasonable...better than everyone else but they didn't cut any corners. Tyler provided a detailed explanation behind how they are able tp price competitively while still delivering the highest quality solution. Joe was one of the installers and dealing with him was great. He educated me along the way, was punctual, courteous and professional. All went smoothly and I am very happy with the service, the quality of work, the professionalism and the finished product. I highly recommend Switch Electric.

I'm quite satisfied with the work by Switch Electric. Tyler was very professional and thorough with his estimates. To me, the generator is an expensive item, but worth the money for peace of mind. Tyler's quote was a little lower than another company, however his annual maintenance is more expensive. Given my positive experience, I'd still go with them for the work. I also appreciated Tyler for his responsiveness whenever I had questions. The technician, Bryan also did a great job installing the unit.

I did my own research on upgrades I thought I needed to my electrical system. I had one circuit with about double the standard load in my computer, another circuit overloaded with a microwave & toaster oven, and another in the garage which wasn't strong enough for . I told Switch what I thought was needed and they made some suggestions which would provide more safety throughout the house, as well as save me about $1,000. One set of lights has 3 switches; Joe showed me a type of dimmer switch (Lutron Caseta) that has remote secondary switches (but look like regular light switches). He showed me how, for an extra $100, I could buy a bridge and operate the lights from my phone. While these light switches are quite a bit more expensive than standard dimmers, all of my financial sense immediately went out the window and I told him to use them everywhere. And I bought the bridge. The worst I can say is he showed me the coolest product first and, without any kind of hard-sell, i was immediately convinced (and have since purchased more of them). Switch was the middle bid I got; the highest was WAY higher (for comparable work), and the lowest didn't leave me with a feeling that the work would be as good.

Awesome. Bryan & Dan did a fantastic job. the whole house fan required truss modification in my attic so they had to come back and finish the install. installing the fan took longer then they expected but they got the job done and to high quality. I highly recommend them for anything they do. Price - their prices are high value - great price for the high quality they offer. specifically I want to call out Bryan & Dan as fantastic, easy to work with and did a great job! I am even looking at them to install solar on my house.

Switch came out and priced our requested/needed work, and discussed- extensively- the need for a new panel as ours was outdated and actually not sufficient for modern appliances and use. Jordan was informative and helpful and very quick with the estimate. The office rep, Ashley, was brilliant with scheduling and answered lots of questions while being both polite and helpful. The best compliments should be reserved for our electrician, Aaron Pullen. He was prompt, efficient and did very clean work. The panel is just what we needed, the fans and the lights were perfectly centered and installed exactly where they needed to be installed. We went on about our lives, with kids and dog and other projects going on at the same time- so the house was messy and he left his workspace cleaner than he found it. While there was some small talk, both about the work and misc stuff, Aaron stayed on track, professional, and didn't get distracted from his work. He explained some of the work, showed us what he meant about details on the panel, and overall exceeded our expectations. While we ended up spending quite a bit of money that we hadn't originally planned to, it was because we had not known that we needed a panel at the outset (until the estimate)... not because the job ran over or bid was wrong, etc. We paid partial upfront, and the rest at the end of the job. We are still waiting on the State inspection, but don't expect any problems. If you need good electrical work, done right, priced competitively and on schedule, we'd recommend Switch.

The technician (Brian) arrived on time and was very nice and professional. He did a great job installing the fan and timer switch - at the price quoted. The fan is very quiet and I am extremely pleased with this company.

This would be my second time using Switch. They replaced my panel 5years ago, and did such a great job, I knew they were the ones to go, we needed to add a 220 charging port in the garage. That said, I still had to run a few quote thru the Mrs. Switch weren’t the cheapest from the quotes that we got, but I do feel their excellent quality of work and ease of mind was worth the little bit of price premium. On the day of the work, their crew arrived 5mins early, and got to work right away. We had decided to make the new runs on exterior conduits. My wife wasn’t sure how that was going to look initially, but they did such a great job at tucking the conduit away, the first thing she said when she saw it, “Oh, that doesn’t look bad at all.” They were done before we knew it. All in all, a happy customer again.

The job went very smooth. The guys arrived on time, removed the old ceiling fixtures and installed the new can lights. When the new regular bulbs seemed dim, they gave me the option of LED bulbs, which are fabulous. They cleaned up after themselves and I felt their bill was more than fair. This was my third time using Switch Electric and each time I have been very impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and respect for my home. Will definitely use their services again when needed.

Aaron and his crew from Switch were awesome. Spent 5 plus days rewiring our house from old knob and tube wiring. He explained everything they were doing and went above and beyond to help us through the nightmare of a house re-wire. Thanks Aaron Ps Tyler great professional crew you have.

Very pleased with the work. Tyler Keezer came out to walk through our list and provide an estimate. He was smart about his recommendations and presented us with options we hadn't considered. He provided a detailed and competitive estimate. The technicians who did the work, Brian and Bryce were prompt to arrive and did the installations quickly, efficiently, and meticulously. We were completely satisfied with the service, brought them out for some additional work, and we're now planning to have them install a Generac backup generator.

Everything was super smooth. The panel was larger and I feared they would have to cut more out of the wall to get it to fit, but they managed to get it in with only extending downward a bit. 2 guys got everything done in 3.5 hours. When they got to the stage of identifying circuits, it went amazingly quick and we have a much better idea now on what is tied together. We only had one other quote and it was 30% higher. it was a different brand panel, however I couldn't get any questions answered on what might be better about the brand the other guy quoted. Switch also quoted us a generator install that was almost half what the other company quoted. In the end, we purchased a generator online when it was on sale (with no tax), placed it ourselves, are having a HVAC guy already coming for AC install do the gas line and then will have Switch do the wiring. We'll save a little bit that way, but after all is said and done probably not that much as their quote was very competitive =)

When they were done for the day, they cleaned-up the worksite and asked if they could leave a couple of things behind that they would need the next day. They also told me they could not arrive at 9 the next day because Everett will not let you pull the license ahead of time. That's just plain silly, but I appreciated the notification. The second day they showed up much earlier than I would have thought possible. Before I knew it, they were done and we finally had enough power. Nicely, they also put in the correct breakers for the gauge of wire that was in the house where needed (something that had not been done, for some reason). There was, however, a slight miscommunication internally at Switch, which was caught about 6 minutes after they left. Job was done punctually, in good order and they left no mess. Nice fellas, too. The fan they installed was quiet, of good power and a vast improvement over the 45 year old unit that it replaced. We couldn't be happier.

Before we even get to the work done by Switch Electric, I cannot stress enough how professional Joe was when he came to do the estimate. I had worked from home that day, as I have a more flexible schedule than my husband's; he went through everything and didn't "talk down to me" like some contractors do with women. I also like how he was able to send me a quote right away and schedule the appointment via an app; I don't mind using contractors who are "old school," but it is nice when they use technology for efficiency. So, our appointment was scheduled a few weeks out (on account of weekend trip, etc.). The day of the appointment, Joe called to let us know when they would arrive. It was a horrible day that day weather-wise - torrential downpours and the usual/typical Pacific Northwest overcast. The work required for the ceiling fan was extensive; we were told that had we not replaced the fan, it would've come down. They (can't remember Joe's colleague's name that day) went into our attic and did all that was necessary to secure it. I need to back up and also say they put together our new ceiling fan, too. That day, one of the other electricians had the super-tall ladder, so Joe asked if we could move the lighting installation to the next weekend - with Father's Day the next day and the fact they spent more time on the ceiling fan (given its condition), it was the right and fair thing to do. Today, they came back and installed the lighting fixture/chandelier. My husband thinks Joe said his colleague with him today was named Tim, so want to also thank both he and Joe. And, let me tell you, it looks fabulous. We are very happy with the quality, professionalism, and cost of Switch Electric's services. We plan on using them to install our new light fixture (over our dining table) when we get our new table and fixture. In the future, we'd also like to use them to install an outdoor sauna on our back deck. I cannot speak highly enough of this company, and I wish them continued success.
