Tyler initially came out to provide our quote, very professional and he understood exactly what we were needing. Bryan and Dan came out to do the installation, they were incredible, they both communicated and explained how they were going to do the work, very professional, very clean, very efficient. Bryan and Dan did a complete and professional job, I even got another quote from them for more additional work we needed to have done. We are very satisfied with Switch Electric LLC, Tyler, Bryan and Dan. No hesitation to go to them for any electrical needs we will have in the future. Awesome!

Awesome! I initially had Switch Electric come out in October to investigate the power supply to my dishwasher. It was 14 years old, so I wasn't sure if the reason it wouldn't turn on was because of the machine or a problem with the power supply. The crew confirmed that the dishwasher was broke and that the power supply was fine. I bought a new dishwasher and had it installed yesterday, and after installation we flipped the breaker over to turn on the machine and heard a very loud pop from the dishwasher. The installer informed me that there was a problem with the power supply. I called Switch Electric, quite worried that there was something really wrong with the wiring in the house. Even though they are quite busy with other clients, the owner came out that same day to investigate the problem. After pulling out the dishwasher and examining the power supply, Tyler realized that the installer had damaged the electric supply cord during the installation by accidentally stripping the protective outer-layer of the wiring off when he pushed the dishwasher into the cabinet hole. Instead of putting me on a wait-list for service, Tyler fixed the problem immediately. He went to Home Depot, got the supplies needed, repaired the wiring, reinstalled the dishwasher, and informed me that this would be at no cost as the repairs were under warranty from the initial visit in October. I couldn't have been more impressed, really. I would highly recommend Switch Electric, and will definitely use them again in the future.

The work was performed on time and necessary corrections completed in a short time.

It took about 2 1/2 weeks to for the soonest available appointment. The job only took 30 min to complete with two guys. They did a good job available and were very professional

The technicians did a walk through my house to determine where all the blinking was taking place and asked several questions regarding any work that might cause the issue. They found the problem and I have not had the problem since. Brian and Dan were professional and courteous and explained everything they did. This is the 2nd time I have used Switch and have been please each time. I have other projects and they will be the ones I call.

SWITCH DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND VERY TIMELY

Switch was on time, worked straight thru, modified our original planned installation "on the fly", and completed with only one "glitch" which was found and corrected! Tyler was very professional, responsive, and clearly customer oriented. Aaron and Chris worked thru until ~ 5:30.... no breaks, lunch while working. We're really glad we found Switch and wouldn't hesitate having them back or recommending them to others.

Joe was courteous and punctual. He explained what his team of three will do and kept informing me of the progress. The work was done in much shorter time than expected. Brian and Dan came out, troubleshooted both the oven and the breaker. Found the problem, and promptly fixed it. Amazing customer service. Will definitely hire again. Posting on Facebook also, so if anyone is looking for GOOD electricians... Switch Electric is the place to call.

Terrific! Switch's communication is excellent, and when the electrician showed up, he answered a lot of my questions and made recommendations about how switching to LED lights in a few places would solve some issues and save money over my current bulbs. They came back to replace some parts in other light fixtures when the parts came in and I had the same great experience. Really appreciated this customer service-oriented business.

All work was completed in a timely manner and the employees were helpful and willing to work with us. We have complete satisfaction with the results.

Awesome. The technicians showed up on time. I was told that they were scheduled for all day, however they were done in 3 hours. Yea! The work was top notch and they even cleaned up after themselves! As soon as the work was completed they scheduled an inspector to come out and their work passed!

Bryan and Chris showed up on time. They showed us what will be done and answered our questions which is great. They put round paper to where the new lights will be and discussed with us about the location of the new lights. They hung the chandelier professionally and cleaned the bulb containers. They installed dimmer and arc fault. At the end, all lights are installed and working. Problems: 1. Chris keeps dropping screws and other things. After they left, I found dings on our brand new floor which is not cool. 2. To install the 4 new recessed lights, they made 16 holes get the wires across. This seems excessive. Chris doesn't use a stud finder, he used a magnetic thing to try to find nails on the joist and he's supposed to drill a hole besides the joist. Among the 16 holes, there are 4 holes with the joist directly above which means they have drilled at the wrong spot. Ideally 12 hole should have been adequate for the job. But I'm no expert. 3. While drilling in the wall, they lost control of the drill and made a ding on the newly painted wall and now I have to fix that too. The job finished in about 4 hours. Bryan is pretty awesome and seems to be more experienced. i wish Chris cares more about the customer property and genuinely care about how many holes the customer has to patch afterwards and try his best to minimize the number of holes to cut to complete the job. All in all, the job wasn't finished to the level I expect from Switch Electrics who has so many good reviews on Angie's List. But I can't say this is a failure either since all the lights are installed and work properly after Bryan and Chris left. That's why I'm giving it a C.

I've used Switch Electric multiple times now and have always been happy with their service. Tyler is very responsive to emails and lets you know if something doesn't go right, in my case we had to delay the work for 4 weeks because the whole house fan was out of stock and they tried to schedule the work as soon as possible once the fan is shipped. Overall the installation was really good and price seems reasonable considering 2 electricians were occupied for the whole day. I always trust they do the right thing electricity wise.
