Brian arrived on time and found the problem quickly, providing a partial fix by repairing the upstream GFI outlet and an estimate to fully repair the faulty wiring to a downstream outlet. He was very professional and kept me informed as to what he was doing. Responsiveness is just Fair as it took 25 days from date of contact to get the service, although this could be typical. The 15% senior discount advertised in Angies List, was inquired about initially, and told to ask the service provider, and was not told until the day of service that it did not apply to the first hour. This did not affect my review ratings, although I thought that this should have been made clear up front.

Switch did an outstanding job on my home rewire. We did a complete update from knob and tube wiring. Prior to the job they answered all my questions promptly and knowledgeably. They limited drywall damage, worked quickly and were very respectful of our home. I would gladly hire Switch again.

Excellent on-site inspection and on-site follow-up to make specific choices prior to the work order and any payment. Everything spelled out in detail and realistically. Big job and expensive, but no sticker shock. Work was completed quickly and well. Minor additional clean up of plaster dust was needed. Follow-up after the work was completed was responsive and helpful, and full payment wasn't required until we were satisfied with the work. All communication was easy and helpful.

We worked directly with Joseph, which was awesome. He was very easy to reach by phone or text. He took the initiative to get in touch with our well contractor directly to ensure all the right work was happening for our well circuit. Once a time to come out to site was agreed upon Joseph was punctual and finished all the work on a single day, as we were tight on time. The LNI inspection the following day proceeded without a hitch and we now have power in our shed via a conduit from a temp pole. I would certainly hire Joseph again for any electrician jobs.

I had a whole house backup generator system installed earlier this year which had not functioned properly since the original wiring. I called Switch Electrical for assistance and they got me into their job queue right away. The morning of the appointment, the technician arrived slightly ahead of schedule. After a brief history of what had been done and what was believed to be the problem, Aaron (the tech) did a quick overview of the previous work done by another electrician. He diagnosed the problem in less than five minutes and with the help of his partner, replaced the entire Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), re-wired the ATS from the main panel and tested the system for safety and functionality. Everything worked exactly as it was supposed to. He was done in less than an hour. Both Aaron and his help were very professional, courteous and prompt. They didn't mind me asking a ton of questions and reviewed everything with me before they left. Very impressive! I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Great! The guys were delayed in arriving because they got hung up at a prior appointment. There was a bit of confusion around exactly when they would arrive and whether the later time was going to work with my schedule. Fortunately, everything worked out well. Once they were here, they figured out the issue, replaced the switch, cleaned up and were all done in minutes. I was able to get to where I needed to be in plenty of time. I was really pleased with the work. The crew was friendly, considerate, careful and efficient. I'd definitely hire them again!

First trouble shooting suggestion did not work, but to their credit they came back out and tried again under the same initial cost. We finally figured out the issue and resolved the problem! Very easy to deal with, very professional, very responsive. Thanks!

Colby and Dan showed up right on time, and were very personable and professional. Due to the age of the original installation, the panel had to move from inside to the outside of the house to meed current code requirements. Because of that and the number of circuits involved, the job turned out to be a little more complicated that initially estimated, but they had no problems and I'm very pleased with the results. They will definitely be my go-to choice in the future!

the gentlemen were very prompt. and did the work faster than what i thought. the light looks great and they cut very few holes. alot less than i thought they would have to considering the distance. they were pleasant and very nice.

The job went very well. Tyler provided the original estimate and the Switch front office team sent one week and 24 hour reminders prior to service date. Aaron and Micha showed up on time, were very professional and completed the work within the estimated amount of time. The installation included replacement of the entire electric panel, all breakers, whole house surge suppression and generator interlock. The service included relabeling all circuits, complete inspection report and arranging for city inspection.

Wow - these guys are terrific! First, their estimator was thorough. He listened carefully to what we needed, which was quite a list, and sent a complete estimate with detail within several hours. He captured everything we discussed. The work was scheduled about a month out. Luckily, there was a cancellation and our job was moved up to the next week. Colby and Dan arrived exactly on time - 9:00 am on the dot. They walked through the job then got to work. Everything was completed by mid-afternoon and they cleaned up completely, not leaving a trace. It turned out that we needed to change a light fixture in the basement. Colby called Northcoast Electric and had them set aside just what we needed. I picked it up (to allow the guys to keep working) and Colby installed it quickly. The overall price for the job was more than fair. I was greatly impressed and will definitely use Switch Electric again. Not only do they do wonderful work, they are just 'good people.' Thanks!

Dan and Colby were fantastic! They arrived on time and were courteous and professional. They honored their estimate even though the job took longer than expected due to circumstances that were beyond their control, and they followed up promptly when we had problems with the charger after the installation (due to a manufacturing defect). We would definitely work with them again and would strongly recommend them to others.

It went perfectly as usual. All of the employees at Switch are the best, pleasant to work with, very knowledgeable, and just an overall friendly group. I only use Switch for my electrical needs and they have never disappointed. Owning a home whose previous owners did a lot of unfortunate 'DIY' wiring, Switch has been able to unravel the mess so we have consistently working lights. No more flashlights in the bathroom for me! I can now walk in a room, flip the switch, and the light comes on, what a concept! These guys are the best out there!

Brian was excellent. He was prompt and communicated well. The service was very reasonably priced. I can't say enough positive things about them. I am using them again tomorrow. I highly recommend their service.

Showed up on time installed the fan quickly and it works great. I do think I could have purchased a cheaper fan, but I only would have saved a few dollars and I am
